The nicest staff ever!! I called in for my first appointment and they got me in quick. State of the art equipment and they were able to diagnose my retinopathy and since I am diabetic T1 for over 40 years, Dr Hall referred me to a Retinal Specialist. No high pressure sales, just friendly people risking their lives to help you with your eye care needs. Horrible. Called spoke with Keisha, she put me on hold for over 5 minutes, then just hang up!

Don't expect to be treated kindly by this office! Our family of five used her for years, when she was located at Walmart. Our Military Health insurance, Tricare, pays for an eye exam every 2 years. My son is due for his next appointment in March 2017, and he is out of contacts. So, we went in and tried to get a prescription so he could get some eye glasses. They wrote "Expired" on it and gave it to us anyway (gee, thanks). We couldn't get it filled. Then, I tried to reorder 1 box of contacts for each eye, thinking we could make it until March, well, she made sure that got cancelled too. Then, to top it all off, I found out that she wouldn't even scheduled him an appointment until January!! So, she expects him to go blind until January, and then, she would also like to go ahead and charge me for the exam too. NICE! Don't expect to be treated kindly by this office!
