He was a good doctor. I had been using him for close to 10 years. But now he’s just too busy to tend to patients needs. He performed a procedure that was very late and as a result, no outcome came out of that procedure. I had told him several times that I think the procedure is going to be very late and I need to get an earlier date or else no point in doing the procedure. Of course, as I had expected, nothing came out of it and it became a useless procedure. His response was scheduling issues. That’s not an adequate response. If it can’t be done timely, don’t do it. Either way, him and the hospital got paid. I would find another place where they care about their patients.

I’ve been going to Dr. Toles for a few years now. He is very thorough and listens to patient concerns. I like that he doesn’t just address gynecological issues, he makes sure your overall health is up to par. The wait time is usually less than 15mins.

If I can give this guy a zero, I wouldn’t even hesitate. Dr. Toles is the worst kind of OB, he does not care about you or your L&D. He’ll schedule you for a c section on your due date and just not show up! Afterwards you’ll have your 6 week checkup and he won’t give you any details as to any complications. This guy rushes your appointments and will not treat you like a human being growing another human being. The front desk girls were super rude as well. The only good thing about here were the nurses and assistants who were very nice. But the wait times are long because they overbook. Trust me there are wayyyy better OB’s out there. Dr. Toles performed my emergency c section and was rude, abrasive, and condescending. We felt rushed, he never checked in on me after the procedure and barely talked us through what was going on. Not to mention he was dismissive to my husband! Never again. Just the sound of his name gives me chills. Terrible experience.

Caring and understanding physician. He takes his time and makes sure that all of your questions are concerns are addressed.

Dr toles , the best doctor I ever had make me feel comfortable , professional , funny, caring, He has a lot of patience he listens when you talk to him. Dr toles deliver my two babies and he did and amazing job. It’s always good to see him. I highly recommend. The best.

The office is very organized, the front staff is always polite and prompt. This is my second year visiting Dr. Toles for my 2nd pregnancy. He is kind, welcoming & professional. Answers any questions & concerns you might have in a way you can understand.

Dr. Toles is experienced, kind and very thorough. I never feel rushed and he takes time to answer all my questions. He makes me feel comfortable. Always a pleasant experience with him and his team.

Very poor customer service, no sympathy not even fir for a pregnant woman i have been vomiting for 2 days and the doctor that i spoke with was very rude and unprofessional, including the agent. The only care about money not your health.

I’ve had a long history with Dr. Toles. He delivered one of my children through a difficult c-section so there was this sort of obligation to stay on with him as my gynecologist. He is inconsiderate of people’s time and usually leaves you waiting for very long periods of time and yet if you are 15 minutes late for you appointment they cancel you. He awful returning calls and is inconsiderate in getting back to you in a timely manner when you have test results you are anxious about.

I'm 38 weeks pregnant who is extremely exhausted just like any other pregnant woman At this stage having regular pregnancy related symptoms such as back pain, Braxton hicks, trouble sleeping, and difficulty driving long distance. I simply asked my doctors secretary for a doctors note to take a week off from work to relax before the baby comes, and they completely refused to write me a doctors note explaining that I have no medical reasons. I don't think I'm asking for too much. It is not anything illegal nor I'm asking for my doctor to make up a medical reason as to why. I just need them to state the simple fact of my symptoms. Just delevired my baby on April 20th. He was very professional and very kind throughout my pregnancy. He kept it real with me the entire time. I will definitely continue to see him as my obgyn and hopefully use him to deliver my future children.

I have to say DR. Toles is kind professional and honest, never once made me feel rushed he fit me in multiple times (when the receptionist who by the way can be very rude) for an appointment. I will continue to see him as my OBGYN.

My first child was delivered by Dr Toles team back in 2014. My entire experience while pregnant and during the birth procedure was phenomenal. Dr Toles and Susan took care of me throughout my entire pregnancy and they were wonderful.

Placed w Dr toles bc my gyno was only in gyno not OB. Should have gone w my 1st instinct & changed drs better yet practices. Any qs I had he made me feel stupid, chuckled & shrugged to my legitimate questions. This was my 1st pregnancy. He was never on time & always rushed me. No bedside manners no empathy. He didn't deliver my baby. Another dr did emergency c sec. I ended up w double infection bc of surgery and had to go to the office for 5 weeks daily to change dressing. Then a 3rd infection.
