Great staff and customer service.

Front desk was very punctual and efficient with their check-in and placement into an examination room. Dr. Liberman was very professional and thorough with his exam.

I cannot say enough positive things about this stellar group. I have had nothing but great treatment, service, and interaction from the administrative staff to the medical staff. A special thank you to Lupe Gonzales, Biologics Coordinator, who went above and beyond to assist me. I am eternally grateful.

I first encountered Dr. Lieberman in December 2020 when my son was 1.5 years old. I remembered a conversation, I had my son's SLP about who is the better allergist for my son's condition and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lieberman for a second opinion. At the first visit, there was a plan of action that I could follow to start eliminating causes. I tried to follow-up with other another doctor per Dr. Lieberman's recommendation, but due to an office policy for that doctor, my son was denied that appointment because of an office policy of not sharing patients at the same facility. After reaching out to Dr. Lieberman and explaining this to him, we came up with another plan of action and another list of medical doctors for my son to follow-up with. This is the first time, in about a year, that I feel positive about my son's condition in that we are trying to solve his health problems. I appreciate the feedback and the thought process on how to get my son adequate health treatment, even if it is not from Dr. Lieberman himself. I did arrive late to my appointment because of traffic and the staff and doctor were still so accommodating. Just a great doctor and the staff are amazing. AMAZING!

I have been going here for years and have always appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff. Particularly through the time of covid-19, everyone has stepped up to accommodate safety needs and has used effective communication in doing so.

Dr. Lieberman and staff have always been helpful, courteous and kind. The allergy injections have been very helpful.

Dr. Lieberman is an excellent doctor. I have been coming to his clinic for over 15 years. His staff is always knowledgeable and professional.

I have been going to Dr.Lieberman for seventeen years. The office is friendly and professional. My asthma, allergies, and food allergy are all completely under control thanks to Dr. Lieberman's treatments.

We love Dr. Lieberman. He's been my son's doctor for more than 8 years. He's knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough ... everything you want a doctor to be. And his nurses are just the same. They remember my son and always have meaningful conversations with him.

Dr Lieberman and staff are #1 when it comes to Asthma and Allergy Care. Our daughter has been seeing Dr Lieberman for over 8 yrs, and I’ve been seeing Dr Lieberman for treatments since 2016. The staff is wonderful and they will address any issues or concerns you many have with your allergies and insurance. I have a been an allergy patient here for many years and they are GREAT! The staff is really lovely. Dr. Lieberman is well informed, always seems up to date on new and existing information, and personable. He's easy to talk to and takes his time with exams. This office gives you the run around I have wasted so much time here because the dr can’t figure out what to test for or the office tells me the wrong information to prepare for other appointments. Wish I never wasted my time or money here.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Staff was super nice and professional. Walked in after having an acute allergic reaction that sent me to the ER. Dr Lieberman is the best allergist in Austin. I full heartedly trust him with my kiddos health( and her life). He's seen my daughter since she was 6 months old, when she was first diagnosed with 4 food allergies. It was overwhelming but he was there to help me every step and offer support. She's now 5 years old, and we have crossed 2 of those allergies off our list, and are hoping to cross another one off in the very near future. He's brilliant, kind, and the type of person I want in my corner. Having trust in your allergist is so important, especially during food challenges. He's never led incorrectly. Dr. Lieberman is the doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients! My son has very bad asthma and had a very bad asthma attack a yr and a half ago. Ended up the hospital for 3 days. We were referred to Dr. Lieberman right after. To this day he is doing stuff he was not able to do and is a totally different person! Not sure where he would be if we had not gone to him.. We enjoy our visits to Dr. Lieberman. He takes his time with us; we never feel rushed. He is thorough with each visit and that is wonderful because I typically have many questions. His staff is very responsive and when I need something - they call back with answers. I'm glad we switched.

We appreciate Dr Lieberman so much. He is kind with his young patients and patient with the litany of questions I always have for him (when I say I have another question, he sits in the chair and listens- not with one hand on the doorknob ready to sprint which is common in Dr offices). Both my daughters have environmental and food allergies and see Dr. Liberman. He is very knowledgeable in what he does, patient in answering ALL my questions and eager to help find the best solution by working on a proactive plan based on their conditions so that they can enjoy going outside and not be miserable. Dr. Lieberman and his staff are phenomenal. They are treating my 19 month old and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. Dr. Lieberman is very detailed, and truly cares about his patients. The nurses line is the best nurses line I have ever utilized. I highly recommend Dr. Lieberman!

Very surprising all the good reviews, perhaps I'm simply the wrong GENDER I consider Dr Lieberman to be one of the worst doctors I've ever seen, and I've seen very many. He was clearly seriously annoyed when I was reasonably reluctant to begin a once a month injection of a brand new drug just approved by the FDA , I think around the beginning of 2017. He also told me he had little to no experience with any patients and this drug. Additionally the drug cost is somewhere between 33 to 40 thousand dollars a year ! Wouldn't you be a little apprehensive? He became highly irritated during our discussion, and told me I needed to find a new doctor, in essence "I'M FIRED"! As much as I could have easily lost my cool, I simply paid my bill and left, and simply found treatment elsewhere. However, and this is the kicker, several days later I had to sign for a certified mail delivery. The letter was from Dr Lieberman and was simply reinforcing my being "FIRED" and to not return to his office. This is 100% true and accurate... Avoid at all costs... My asthma control is the best it has ever been since I've seen him! This improvement in my asthma has allowed me to become a distance runner at the age of 38. My son and I have been seeing Dr. Lieberman since 2002. Our allergies are under control. They have always been very courteous. Margaret is a wonderful asset to the office. They treat you like family.

I moved to Austin and started experiencing tightness of chest, nasal congestion and wheezing over the holidays. Someone I trust recommended Dr. Lieberman and Im so glad she did. They got me in quickly and the Dr. and staff were professional, thorough, kind and prompt. Feeling so much relief in just a day!

I highly recommend Dr. Lieberman. My youngest son has been seeing him for the past five years and now he's treating my other two kids as well. He is trustworthy and has always been kind to my kids & me. He cares so much for my family's well being and I'm very grateful we have such a knowledgeable, experienced, and kind physician! I highly recommend Dr. Lieberman. My son and I have been seeing him for the past two years. He is trustworthy and has always been kind to my son.
