Any doctors are great if you are healthy. Dr Levin is rara avis, very caring and helpful.

They cancelled my visit and didn't even give me 24 hr notice. Called to reschedule and the next appointment is in 4 weeks. Hahaha

Waiting for the doctor for 2 hours and they are letting all the patients that showed up after me first. Dr Levin is nice, but I realized they never handed me the prescription for the medicine and also handed me their copy of my records.

Dr Levine and his staff don't care about any patients' health- beware. Don't go there at all!

Terrible experience with this doctor. He cut me off many times when I was telling him about the health problems I was facing. He sounded condescending and not willing to listen. The worst thing was that he charged me for a surgery that he didn’t do. I have filed medical grievance and still in the process of it. I wish I didn’t go to him the first place. Dr. Levin is not only highly intelligent, he is a god send. He is a physician with many years of experience who will actually listen to you and give you a chance to explain your symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Levin for all your ENT dilemmas. He is even super great with children and when he needs to get things done for his patient's he truly gets them done! Dr. Levin is an outstanding ENT doctor. He cares greatly for his patients, is very courteous and very kind. He takes the time to explain everything in great detail and makes you feel very comfortable and secure in his care. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can see he loves what he does. He is great Doctor! I’ve been seeing him for 25 years and will not stop going to him.

I walked in and made an appointment within a week. I was given paperwork I would need to fill out so I would have it ready for when I returned.. The day of my appointment the staff was extraordinarily kind and I was in to see Doctor in less then 20 min. After a thorough interview, the doctor discussed all the exams that would be necessary to provide the most accurate diagnosis. He wrote out an entire plan and had me set up for a sleep apnea exam as well as a hearing test. Great doctor everything well explained extraordinary office couldn’t be happier! I had Gyno surgery here in late Jan. with Dr. Levin. I choose Dr Levin after going on a few consultations with doctors around the city and doing extensive online research. He claimed to be an expert in the field and was offering a special so I went thru with the procedure. On my follow up I kept complaining that one side of my surgery still was uneven and I wasnt happy with results. He assured me it was just scar tissue and give it time. I waited and waited and waited. After about a year I tried to go see him to ask about the surgery and he was no where to be found. Office closed and no forwarding number. After a few months I tracked him down at an ear nose throat clinic and set an appointment to see him. When I arrived for what I thought was a follow up.. I was told it would be $200 for the doctor to talk to me! I explained the situation, that I was a former surgery patient with an issue that I needed him to attend to. The receptionist went to explain my situation and ask him directly and returned to tell me he said "he didnt care I had to pay to talk to him"??? I was Outraged at this terrible treatment and left. What doctor would charge a former patient for a consultation for a follow up about a surgery performed that there are issues. About 2 weeks later I went to see another surgeon for a consultation (which was free)to address doctor levin's scar tissue issue and found out, there was no scar tissue as Dr levin said. . He never removed the gland that was the reason for the surgery in the 1st place! So the scar tissue was just a lie and my issue was never corrected!! Now, I have to get the surgery all over again. This is absolutly terrible.. If you are considering Dr levin PLEASE do yourself a favor, and use someone else. This guy obviously lacks integrity and honesty when it comes to his patients. Horrible doctor and even worse staff!!! Unbelievably unprofessional!!!!

This is mainly a review for his receptionist. After making an appointment on Zoc Doc I was called and told I had to pay with cash or check as a self pay and there would be no sliding scale fee. When I simply pointed out that as a health professional it's usually courtesy to offer a sliding scale WHEN paying in cash she got an attitude. I cancelled the appointment. Dr Levin is by far the best ENT doctor I have ever seen and I saw plenty bc of ongoing problems!! Mainly, he wants to help and does everything to do so!! He is a doer and not very talkative, old school doctor, the best!!

Dr. Allan Levin has been extraordinary in identifying a post concussion symptom that has helped guide me to additional treatment and rehabilitation. After seeing numerous Dr's in different specialties, and having a great deal of prior rehab, Dr. Levin sat and spoke with me asking questions and really listening to what I was experiencing with debilitating balance issues. He took the time, care and looked at me as a whole person figuring out what could really be going on. He gave me hope.

Doctor Levin is an excellent MD. He is diligent and takes care of a patient like a functional Dr. would, he goes to the root of the problem. Dr. Levin saved my life! After having being misdiagnosed, Dr. Levin, and my eating life style saved me, after living with Strep-throat for over 4 months. Dr. Levin was a God sent.

Met with Dr Levin for what was supposed to be a simple sinuscopy as he called it. The procedure was supposed to be around 30 minutes, took an hour. Anaethesia started to wear off during and was the worst pain i have ever felt. Almost two years since the procedure was done and no improvement, except that now i can blow my nose through my tear ducts, which isnt exactly an improvement. All that and his billing process is horrendous as well. Still trying to figure out the mess his office created.

Awful. Went through every antibiotic to address ENT issue. Agreed to FES surgery. Hospital surgery experience was awful. 3 yrs later I have the exact same symptoms. I would sue for malpractice if I had the time and money
