I love dr Kirkland and the nurses. They're great! All 3 receptionists make you feel like you're intruding on their day, tho. I really miss all the receptionists that used to be there and made it feel like home. This will not stop me from going, as great care is provided here.

From my husband's grandmother to our youngest daughter, our entire family is/were patients of Dr. Kirkland and his staff. They all really care about each individual. They have helped us time and again with what ever problems any of us are going through, whether it be financial or letting one of us come in without an appointment because of a emergency. The office staff is very caring also and will try their hardest to work with us. They help us with paper work, financial limitations and hand out free advice. The lab person is very good at her job. Normaly when I have to have blood drawn or an IV, it takes four tries before they can hit a vein. However, the tech at Kirkland's usually gets what she needs the first try. The whole staff is a family and they truly treat you like you are family also. I can't say enough about this place, the entire staff, the doctors, and the amazing, overworked nurses. Any of them would bend over backwards to help. They are very good at returning phone calls also! Any time Dr. Kirkland has told me what he thought was going on, before sending me to a specialist, he has always been 100% correct. I only have praise and appreciation for Kirkland Family Clinic. Went here for a checkup. The doctor was rude, she was clearly in a hurry and did not have time for my nonsense. Like I would have just walked out but I needed it done. And I won't go to St Murders in Russellville.

He and his staff are very caring.

They get you the help you need all the time and all the Dr and nurses there are all awesome to you.. friendly people don't have nothing bad to say about this place
