Dr. Alla Matsievskaya

My son was a patient there many years ago. Dr. Alla is great, but has issues with children who have weight problems I have noticed, but offers advice and shows she cares. Her office staff is horrible, very rude and mannerless.

My family and I love Dr Alla. She is wonderful with my kids. Dr Alla is patient, listens well and explains everything that is going on in detail. She is always available and on time. There were many times I called her after hours and she was quick to get back to me. Her staff is awesome very friendly and kind . If you want to wait 1hr 35 mins for an appointment you was scheduled for this is the place poor poor doctors to busy laughing away while theres a baby fully undressed waiting to be seen they say theres nothing wrong with my baby and when I broughthim somewhere else they found so much that she saw that was normal but it wasont this place dont care they just want money they dont care absolutely do not !! I had been a patient here since I was newborn up to I was 16 years old. I’ll never forget the time I went to talk about how stress I was about family matters and she straight up told me that there are people in way worse situations than I was (so “professional” of her)...and she always would tell me not to gain anymore weight instead of sending me to a nutritionist...4 years later I come to find out I have PCOS with a different doctor. Dr. Alla is a covering physician for my regular pediatrician and she goes above and beyond to see my kids when they are sick. Her staff will always make sure we have an appointment when necessary.

All 3 of my children see her an we wouldn’t go anywhere else my oldest 12 an I would still choose dr alla again my kids love her an the staff. On days off dr alla will open the office for jus u if the child is sick which is amazing cause who wants to bring children to hospitals wit more germs. This is the best place you can bring your child. Dr Alla and her staff are The Best . My family have visited them so many times , we are always late and they accommodate us very nicely , in fact one time by 2 year was sick on weekend and Dr.Alla personally opened the clinic for us to take look on my kid. I love Dr. Alla. Both of my kids have been seeing her for about 2-3 years. Always on time and great with the kids. She asks them the questions not the parents and I love that. Recently my youngest came down with pneumonia again and Dr Alla came in on her day off to see her and give her some stronger meds because the first two didn't clear it up. Half the time after leaving Dr. Alla's office I consider going to a florist to buy her flowers. She treats my kids like they were her own. She figured out a complicated medical problem that had baffled half a dozen specialists for one of them. She remembers everything about them, too. Her staff is responsive, and we are always seen promptly. I have seven kids, and they've been seeing Dr. Alla for 15 years.

Dr. Alla is an outstanding pediatrician. She has been keeping my 3 children healthy for the last 16 yrs. She has always gone above & beyond for my children. She really listens, is compassionate & warm. She is always smiling which is what drew me in when I was choosing a pediatrician all those years ago. We are lucky! Dr. Alla always gives thee best care and quickly takes us in if my little boys are sick. my son Jaxon has been her patient since his birth in 2011 and my other son Octavian since his birth in 2013 . she has been an awesome Dr and her staff are great and friendly and always help us in all our medical needs I will continue my care with her and her staff until my boys are adults and I also recommended her to my bff and she takes her twins and they also love her care and how much she's helped them when they got sick... Excellent experiences with Dr. Alla! She has cared for my 3 children for the last 16 years. In addition to my own children, our family has cared for very many babies of all ages. Dr Alla has cared for each one... Her dedication, caring nature, and expertise SHINES with each and every one! And, She and her office staff are always willing to fit us in - same day, when I've been concerned over an issue! I would go NO place else!

Worst pediatrics I took my son. When given his shots he bled. On top of that they expect you to hold your baby down. They don't even write down records of the baby's height, head circumference, weight or the kind of shots being given. Then the waiting period is ridiculous.
