The absolute worst experience with having my first child. Please choose a different office.

Dr. Kale is one of the best. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and she just delivered our second child. We couldn’t be more pleased with her.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kale, I was pleased to learn she is personable, kind and professional . Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for making it a non stressful visit.

I Have been going to Dr. Kale for Many Years!!! Always have had a Great Experience. I was just there last week . She listens and gave me Great medical advise. I have No Complaints on the Front Office Service Girls Are Awesome ???? thankyou ????

Awful, just awful surgical experience with this doctor. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Kale told my 19-year old daughter her pain was just stress from college like her nephew's stress. Two weeks later my daughter had a cyst burst which was severely painful and ended up in an ER. In our experience, Dr. Kale was chillingly inept. Shame on her.

So here is the deal and im finding this to be the case everywhere i go so im going to start giving reviews. Dr Kale and her nurse were absolutely great! Great care, great service. Front desk terrible. No eye contact. Short answers. Not personable or pleasant. I took my card out to pay the reply wast short and sharp "dont need it". When i stood there waiting for an explanation she barely looked up to say you may not need to pay we bill insurance first. My reply oh ok thank you. So i refer my daughter and i warn her. I love Dr Kale but her front desk are not pleasant. So needless to say she called yesterday and receeived the short not helpful cold attitude. You guys have to do better. When someone walks in with a smile at the very least return the darn smile. Explain things in a friendly manner. You can keep things short and sweet without coming accross as rude unpleasant and not helpful. We all deal with a lot in our day to day lives. I get it but please do better. As a result my daughter may not get the care from a Doctor i really wanted her to meet. So here is the deal and im finding this to be the case everywhere i go so im going to start giving reviews. Poor communication all around Dr, staff, nurses. Takes days or weeks for them to return phone calls.

Wait time was over an hour. Did not explain what was going to happen. She kept telling me I could discuss things with "my husband" I am not married and my history forms clearly stated that. Whicj clearly indicates she didn't read my chart. She asked a lot of questions that were also on the forms. I don't feel like she was very personable or cared to get to know me. She is older and I feel like she is ready to retire so just retire already. Dont continue to practice if you dont have the heart!

I have been seeing Dr. Kale since 2005. I absolutely LOVE her!! It's so hard now a days to find a doctor that you like, I can honestly and truly say that she has been nothing less than amazing to me at every single appointment. She's thorough, but quick, and takes the time to see if you need anything, or have any questions. I had to have an emergency surgery back in 2013 to have a huge fibroid removed, she did the surgery and the follow up. I cannot say enough good things about her!Nurses too!

We switched offices after 2 visits with Dr Kale. She had no bedside manner and was horrible at explaining anything to us. She hardly spent any time with us at all, and spoke mostly to me and barely looked at my husband. We are much happier after leaving.

Dr. Kale has delivered 4 of my children-I wouldn't have another Dr.!! Her staff is excellent

All about money. Does not care about patients. Does not take time to explain anything to her patients. If you feel like giving out money for nothing then make her your doctor.

WORST DOCTOR EVER.......all what she cares about is being paid for your visits....she dosent care about her patients ...very rude and no manners..
