Dr Jain takes time with you to discuss any and all issues you might have as well as explaining any medications or tests that you may need. She also is always available through the office portal.

Commerce Primary Care is horrible!!! They basically left me for dead. I had seen several PA’s there and no one could figure out what was wrong. Finally, I demanded to see a doctor. Dr. Jain walked into my room and didn’t even ask what was going on. She proceeded to tell me all of the things I should do. She told me that they didn’t have my test results back from the hospital yet when the nurse and I had just discussed them. ?? When the nurse reminded her, she acted like she remembered. She went on to say that I might have some mental health issues!!!!??. We had not even engaged in conversation, EVER! How would she know?!?! PS: I was diagnosed with late stage Lyme Disease but, they had NO CLUE!!! Spare yourself.
