Not very friendly, not very kind with kids. Seems unkept, and Yasin is not breast feeding friendly, always trying to push formula.

Sometimes wait time is longer than expected but I know that she will spend just as much time with my child. Kind. Also offers more holistic advice. Appreciate not immediately going to the strongest medicine.

The practice has gone down hill fast. Very dirty, new staff are rude, practices are outdated. Wait times are ridiculous.

We switched drs when my now 8 year old was one for logistical reasons. They have a policy that they won’t take them back which we didn’t know at the time. We tried to add him back along with my two other Already established children and they dropped all of them . Speaks volumes

I absolutely love Dr. Yasin and her friendly, knowledgeable staff. I feel like my three girls and I are treated like family when we go there. My girls actually look forward to going to the doctors which is always a plus. I highly recommend this pediatrician office!

My daughter has gone to This office for almost 5 years. The staff almost always has an attitude since the beginning until now. Unprofessional. They used to have good help which is now gone- Dr Yasin doesn’t respond to calls and is never around to talk. Communication in office is terrible. If you request records or forms the staff gives you attitude to the point where you feel like crying to ask about your child. She’s also misdiagnosed my child many times and then acts like it’s our fault. Will not write any notes for you for anything. Had to have my lawyer make them give me my daughters records or ask 3-4 times. Had to literally tell them about HIPPA before one nice staff member gave them to me. In the beginning was nice and yes when I see her she is “nice”. As a doctor I’d rather communication and good results versus being nice any day of the week. Do better. Maybe hire new staff. As a receptionist for 8 years plus - communication and treating clients with respect is key.

An amazing and dedicated doctor! She goes and above and beyond when treating my son. You can really see how good she is at her job. Highly recommend especially for parents who want paediatricians with lots of clinical experience.

I see negative reviews so I want to voice my experience, as a current patient who travels 30 minutes to see Dr. Yasin I am so grateful to her. If I can't make a payment she waives it and says pay when you can. Please tell me any of you which Doctor would do that? They would kick you out of there office. Not only is her care top notch and diagnosis she has humanity.

We are so glad to find Dr. Yasin in town. She was gently taking care of my child and explaining everything to us. She was professional and responsible. We would like to continue to see her in the future.

I will have an appointment at 9am and get there like 10 minutes to half an hour early and they would put us in a room and we would sit there for almost an hour just to be seen by one of the nurses to do vitals and ask questions just to tell me I have to wait for the doctor and leave me sitting there again for another half hour.

All my children had care from Dr. Yasin. I absolutely love her and the staff.

She and her staff go above a beyond! They are so great with my autistic son! Every time my boys get sick I call and they get me right in! I am very surprised on some of the bad reviews. What more could you want from a doctor and staff! I just want to thank them for everything the do and their amazing kindness towards children!

Wonderful, caring Dr. Yasin...3 children in my household have grown up with Dr. Yasin. 2 are in their early 20s and still contact her office if they need her. She is patient and kind. She loves children which is her success!!

My friend went in there because she was sick and the doctor prescribed her ADHD medicines????, and all on top of that she’s never in the room its always the other nurses.

If you want a copy of you or your child's medicals records for a visit, be ready to shell out $25. UNREAL they charge $25 for a 2 page medical record.

My kids had been patients with her for many years and Dr Yasin just got more rude and uncaring as the years passed.. So I changed Doctors and been With the new for a while... Could not be happier..

Terrible experience. We wanted to see Dr. Yasin but kept getting placed with her PA. Her PA told us our daughter had a breathing issue and sent us to the children’s hospital in Jax. She had us drive which Wolfons said if it truly was a breathing issue we should have been medically transferred. Wolfons told us her diagnosis made no sense and she had no idea what she was talking about. They called and questioned her why exactly we were sent to the children’s hospital. Her diagnosis was way off and our baby was perfectly happy. They said our 3 week old baby had no business being in the children’s hospital and sent us home. Most rediculous doctor in Saint Augustine. Taking care of every child is not of their better interest. They have turned my son away many times when he needs a doctor all because we had to leave their office due to switch of insurance not our fault and insufficient funds to continue care. When we tried to return after having the insurance switched back they said he couldnt come back because we left their office. Lousy way of having a practice turning away sick children. Very good doctor, I have been taking my kids to her for several years.

Dr Yasin and her associates are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Over the past five years, our kids have always been treated as family. They exceed expectations while providing care in the best interests of the children.

Dr. Yasin is the absolute best!!! I had a premature baby with a heart problem, I had a feeling something was wrong with my baby. When I brought my newborn to the ER I was brushed off. When I called Dr. Yasins office they immediately got me an appointment with a heart doctor. Could not be more grateful for a doctor who listened to me and took care of my baby!! Dr. Yasin is by far the best Doctor in Saint Augustine. Her staff is affable and professional. Never once has she ever turned any of my children away even if that means scheduling last-minute appointments or having insufficient funds for the current visit. THIS MEANS whether you have insurance or you are self-pay. As a single parent and struggling with financial issues I have been coming to Dr. Yasin for years my family and I have always been met with the utmost care and respect. Furthermore, her office charges the most reasonable prices in town. I am very pleased with my experience! Dr. Yasin was very good with my son. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Doctor for their little one!

when i was between jobs and without insurance, she really worked with me and my wife on keeping our girls current on their physicals, meds and all the related care for two growing girls 8 and 12 need. So far she has been amazing on that and pretty much spot on with diagnosis and care for my kids. I know there can be a wait at times since she is rather busy but that's is somewhat to be expected and overall she is a very good doctor.

Walked in an hour and twenty minutes ago and still haven't seen doctor. Our time is valuable as well.

This doctors office is so unprofessional. They had their doors locked at the time of my sons appointment and when I called (standing outside the doors) the receptionist was VERY rude and hung up after I said its past the appointment time..she responded with "they are at lunch". Not acceptable as our time is valuable as well. Just today, (11-18-2015) I called to confirm my sons Appt for tomorrow the 19th & the receptionist said "well his appt was for another flu shot but since we don't have any shipments yet, I'm gonna cancel for you, so just call back at the end of the month"! I'm like " So y'all wait til the last minute to notify patients of a cancelation"? She says "No, I was gonna call you tomorrow morning & let you know"! No thanks, last minute notice. Dirty! Saw 5 people while there,very rude don't answer questions and not very supportive of breastfeeding.

We switched to dr yasin because when my son was sick and our insurance was messed up she charged a fair rate. On top of his check up she updated his shots for one charge. The nurses are great my kids would cry before we even got into the dr office because of past experience now they dont. When he cried they gave him space at his first vist they sent him home with a bag of cars and stickers because he had a rough time. Dr yasin was also my husbands childhood dr and she recognized him and said how much our son reminded her of him when he was little. We love dr Yasin. I just recently moved to St.Augustine and needed a new Pediatrician. From the staff to Dr. Yasin my child was met with diligent care and attention. The staff is courteous and prompt, the quality of care is very attentive and diligent and the cost of care is VERY reasonable compared to other Doctors I have seen in the past.
