Dr. Mall immediately made me feel comfortable and safe in her office and for my procedure. She took her time to answer any questions I have and never rushed my appointments with her. She is honest and provides excellent patient care .

Terrible. She was dismissive and honestly seemed to not even care I was there. She dismissed my diagnosis I had gotten from another doctor, told me she only "glanced at" my family medical history, told me that she couldn't help me balance my hormones with other birth control and it didn't matter if I kept taking it or not, and also she didn't care to check my blood work after being on strong medicine for over a year. I had to actually ask her if she would check my blood work...10/10 would not recommend. If a doctor is really that tired of dealing with patients, then retire. There is no point in treating patients poorly because you can't be bothered with dealing with them. Why am I spending such money to go be ignored and dismissed...

Dr. Mall insisted that I have Endometriosis which is completely wrong. Turns out I have Adenomyosis. She also refused to fill out FMLA paperwork which put my job at risk because I was missing several days of work from the intense pain I was experiencing. Overall, she didn't come across as empathetic at all. I would not recommend her.

Dr Mall delivered my baby 6 weeks ago. We had a wonderful experience. She made me feel at ease during my c section and all my prior appointments! Professional and warm physician and I highly recommend.

Dr. Mall refused to accommodate me for missing several days of work due to my chronic pain from Endometriosis. I would not recommend her. When I talked to her, she sounded like she was anxious to get me out of her office.

Dr. Mall is a wonderful OB/Gyn. I have been a patient to her for the past 3 or 4 years since my previous OB/Gyn had moved. Dr. Mall listens to her patients. She is very knowledgeable and kind, offering suggestions based on the patient's concerns and what is in the patient's best interest. She is a wonderful medical professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist in women's health.

Dr. Mall has delivered both of my children via c-section. She's kind, compassionate, and very competent. I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Mall is truly wonderful. Her bedside manners are among the best I've seen among medical professionals. She really cares about her patients, takes the time to educate them and is devoted to their wellbeing. I could not recommend her more.

The wait can sometimes be longer than expected but both Dr. Mall and Stephanie Traver are extremely professional and always take their time with you. They never make you feel like they have to rush off to the next patient. When they're with you, you feel like you're genuinely their number one priority. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Mall. She is personable, smart, patient, informative, reassuring. She is an authentic, down to earth person. I was beyond grateful that she was the doctor on duty to deliver my baby last year. She inspires a calm and confidence in her patients. She is hands down the best Obgyn I’ve ever had.

Dr. Mall is the kind of doctor that makes you feel at ease and listens to what you're saying. She's very informative and never makes me feel like she is in a rush to see another patient. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an ob-gyn.

Short waiting time. Assistant Dana explained everything patiently. Dr. Mall did the same. Dr. Mall asked many questions and listened intently. Never felt rushed. Felt like she cared. Discussed possible causes for my issue and ways to address it. Dr. Mall is exceptionally bright, well-educated, well-trained, and an analytical and logical thinker. I am a veteran. Really appreciate Dr. Mall's willingness to accept veterans into her practice! Tremendous upgrade from my VA experience!

Dr Mall did my Hysterectomy and I find she is a very caring, approachable doctor. I had the essure implanted which caused me many problems. The surgery went smooth and so far without any problems.

Let's be honest, no women really "Loves" to go to the GYN doctor (maybe OB, but not GYN). From my very first appointment, I have always felt comfortable around her. She is so nice and easy to talk with including any problems or issues and she never makes you feel rushed.

She always made me feel safe and comfortable. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. She made my husband and I feel like a priority not just a task. I'm writing this review 3yrs after my care under Dr.Mall. She left such a strong impression it's hard to find a doctor that measures up to my expectations. I'm so blessed to have had her as my doctor.
