I was cared for from beginning to end. Everyone was kind and genuine. Dr. Nejad I was well pleased with. Thank you ENT OF GBMC.
Dr Nejad and his staff took the time needed to answer our questions, and test my 15 yr old for resurfacing allergies. I appreciate their communication and timeliness to get us in.
While the front desk experience was excellent, Dr. Nejad's bedside manner towards my 10-year was deplorable. We will not be returning and have found another reputable, but kind, doctor.
I felt the doctor was dismissive, making me feel that I was wasting his time. I canceled a follow up appt. and am going to another doctor, instead.

When describing my symptoms and looking for help, Dr. Nejad was dismissive and me me feel like I was wasting his time. I canceled a follow up appt., realizing it was just scheduled to make the practice additional money, not help me. I, instead have found another doctor with the same specialty to go to for help.

Don’t waste your time with the guy! His very first time seeing me (I was a patient for 10+years at the practice); he knew nothing about me did not read my chart; spent 5min with me, left the room to get me a sample nasal spray; upon returning handed it to me and went to walk out. I told him I had more questions and his response was “I’m very busy and behind, I’ve got 3 more people waiting”! He’s got zero bedside manor and zero patience! 2 hours of my day complete wasted!
