Dr Behboudi worked me in after a trip to an emergency facility the evening before. I had 2 severky broken bones. Surgery was the mext week. He and his staff are efficient and caring.

I recently located to the Tyler area. I practice pharmacy for 40 years in my former city and knew who was the best doctor in every specialty. And I knew if had to go to Houston for Orthopedic care and had done so for the reasons I visited Dr. Behboudi. From the efficiency of office and radiology to my visit with the doctor the care I received rivaled the best Houston provided.

I had broken my upper left humerus in 3 places.

My best friend has had 2 shoulder surgeries and my dad being a veteran has personally asked for Dr.B to do his shoulder surgery. Now I go to Dr.B for my hand. I got into a car wreck and seen a docter at another hospital that wrongly diagnosed me when I seen how well he treated my family I to wanted a second opinion. When I seen Dr.B in the office he was quick in and out but if you have any questions for him he will take his time to answer them all. Its a little hard to get in touch with him sometimes but he definitely takes care of you every way possible. He is no medacine pusher. So if that's what your looking for he's not the one. I love Dr.B his P.A and the staff. I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you!!! Dr. Behboudi and his office staff scheduled me for a 10:30 appointment. His office is an hour's drive for me. I left my home a 9:00, so I would arrive on time to fill out any necessary forms and pay my co-pay. I arrived at Dr. Behboudi's office at around 10:10 for my 10:30 appointment. I got checked in by 10:20 and took a seat in their waiting room. I sat in the waiting room until 11:10, before I was called by the nurse and escorted to an exam room. I sat in the exam room for another 20 minutes before I went and asked to speak to the Office Manager. My appointment was at 10:30, and now it was 11:30. So my time is valuable to me, as is Dr. Behboudi. By talking to the Office Manager, I learned that Dr. Behboudi and his staff have little to no concern for waiting times for patients. I did leave the office without consultation by Dr. Behboudi. This type of wait time practice by Dr. Behboudi and UT Health of Tyler is unacceptable. He sucks

He was great. Very nice and to the point. He did a wonderful job with my son.

Too overbooked , not enough with me to hear about my problem and really made me feel , he really didn't care

I lost my foot in a car accident in April of 2021. Dr. Behboudi and Shawn shaved my foot! I still have a long way to go but because of them, I have my foot! I would highly recommend him and his staff. He and Shawn care about you and do what is best. Just remember, they can only do what they can do. If you do your part too, your care will be a success! Not impressed with his staff. Wife was sent home from surgery with no wound care instructions. Staff won’t communicate with us. Staff NOT patient oriented. Just a number. Was rushed thru like cattle. Very disappointed in the quality of patient care.

Our care and the ultimate outcome of the services provided by Behboudi was poor. Our daughter broke her arm and it was never properly set and has healed incorrectly based on his care. After taking her to Dallas for continued pain we now know that she will require surgery to properly fix what should have been done right in the first place. Extremely disappointed that he was allowed to potentially impact the rest of her life with this poor standard of care. Our care and the ultimate outcome of the services provided by Behboudi was poor. I love dr.b he had to take my right leg below the knee several yrs ago..very good dr.some nurses could be better...I go see him àgain fri.to see about a debrement...

No! His staff won’t communicate with us. Left messages thru patient portal and called numerous times. My wife was sent home without any wound care instructions from surgery. Staff not patient oriented. Rushed thru like cattle.

Rushed thru surgery like cattle at a sale barn. Staff won't communicate with us. Called numerous times. Left messages via patient portal...Nothing! His nurse has lost our FMLA paperwork that we both delivered to his office personally. Very Disappointed. Staff not patient oriented.

I wouldn’t take anyone or recommend this butcher to my worst enemy as far as the experience I witnessed, was a part of not to mention how rude and unprofessional this man was. I say man cause I don’t give him recognition of even saying doctor. Take my advice. Do Not See This Man for Anything.

Best Surgeon EVER! He is AWESOME!❤️❤️

I have been a patient of Dr Behboudi for several years. He has been giving me injections in my knee. A little over a year ago I started having severe hip pain. He told me it was my back. I then saw a spinal Surgeon and had back surgery. Before this hip pain I was walking without any help, I have been on a walker and in wheelchair for the past year. After surgery I went back to Dr Behboudi and he would not even discuss my hips, he continued to say it was still my back. My back surgeon ordered a MRI on my back and everything looked great. I found another ORTHOPAEDIC surgeon that came highly recommended and saw him. He said my hips were about as bad as he had ever seen. My hip joint is almost fused together. Mind you this is both hips! Needless to say I will never go back to Dr Behboudi.

Had Surgery back in September afterwards was in cast for 6 week, boot for 6 weeks, after 12 weeks went back, saw PA that never looked down at ankle or let known even touched it, remind you no x-rays after surgery. I called into office today, nurse called back, I must say I inconvenient her, and disturbed her. was asked by her did I ask the PA to take x-rays, (REALLY). my ankle/foot swells everyday, even after waking in the morning, in more pain now than I was before surgery. I asked about pain pills, she immediately tells me, he's not going to order any more pain medicine, (without asking HIM) I am very disappointed, because he was highly recommended. I'm seeking additional medical advice, along with other advice at this point.

My daughter was treated for an ankle injury. She was kept in a boot and kept nonweight bearing for two and half months. When we were told she needed surgery I was cautious as she wasn't feeling any pain and as a dancer was terrified to have her ankle opperated on. I took her for a second opinion with a well known trusted local surgeon. He confirmed that her ankle was completely STABLE. She did not need surgery, and immediately returned to dance that night. Her ONLY problem now is that her right leg is weak from not using it for so long, and she is 2 1/2 months behind her dance team on learning this year's routines. Dr Behboudi did my ankle surgery 2 months ago and done awesome job. Couldn't ask for a better Dr. His staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Behboudi did my ankle surgery and it has been 5 years this month. He did a great job all while making me laugh as much as possible! He is the best!

Behboudi was very nice and welcoming! We took our 1 year old to see him and he was always calm, gentle, and patient with our little one. He never rushed us and always sounded like he wanted to be there helping us. We loved his kindness and all the time he spent on us! Great doctor!

He has done 2 knee surgeries and a shoulder surgery and I have to say he is the best!!!! My recovery time was short, my therapy after a total knee replacement was unbelievably short and you can barely see my scars! He is sweet, very professional and my opinion is the BEST there is! I will always use Dr. Behboudi

Her ONLY problem now is that her right leg is weak because Dr. B kept her nonweight bearing for so long for NO REASON. Now, she is 2 1/2 months behind her dance team. SHE ALMOST HAD SURGERY ON A HEALTHY ANKLE!!

I love Dr. Behboudi. He performed surgery on my leg and had to repair two broke bones. He admitted me into the hospital the weekend before my surgery scheduled for a Monday because he was concerned I would injure it worse before then. He also said he could give me stronger pain meds if I was in the hospital rather than sending me home for the weekend. He has the best bedside manner and his office staff was great as well. The ETMC in Tyler, in which he performed my surgery, was great too. All of the nurses, aides, doctors, cafeteria employees, housekeeping....everyone was very polite and worked well together to provide excellent care. Dr. Behboudi also performed surgery on my brother’s arm and his knee. He is very precise and does a good job. I will continue to go to him in the future, if needed, and recommend him to everyone. I would 100% recommend Dr. Behboudi! He did such a great job fixing my foot!!! His PA Eric and his nurses are also so AMAZING!!!!

He never explained how my surgery was going to go before or after. Seen him once after that was his PA and he has no bedside manners. My insurance was charged for plates, screws and bolts. But had X-ray's done at Azalea clinic and no hardware is in my foot. I will be turning him in for fraud and a malpractice suit will be filed. Not even an MD just a DO doctor. Would never recommended him!!!!

I broke my ankle and he was amazing watching it heal. I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience with him. However, Eric his PA is rude and does not know how to listen. I wish he would of never been apart of my case. But Dr. Behboudi is wonderful!

Front desk Staff is VERY rude & shows no compassion. Dr does not explain things well & is in way to much of a hurry to leave the exam room.
