I arrived on time for my appointment. I was sent to a patient room where I waited for an hour and a half. No one came in and gave me a reason or a time frame. She came in and did not apologize nor give a reason for the wait. I had a brain injury so I don't think well on my feet. She gave me two shots pneumococcal and hep a/hep b and didn't explain why? Does she have too many patients? Erik

I am in above average health due to regular exercise I only take a low dose blood pressure pill and even received a call from UHC after my last year physical to congratulate me on being healthy. Although had same cholesterol level again, this time Dr. Ramos prescribed me a statin drug without discussing possible side effects. I took for 3 weeks and started to get pain in shoulders after a week asked pharmacist if cholesterol medication could be causing this and told yes, very common complaint.
