The staff of Dr Lim are awesome. Dr Alice Lim is very thorough examining her patients.

My visit to DR. LIM'S OFFICE WAS GREAT & RELAXING. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY & EASY TO TALK TO...I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!!!

The customer service is very poor. The receptionist does not acknowledge your presence. You have to stand in front of the window for along time. But when it’s a male she entertains them right away. With Dr. Lim I have nothing to say. She takes time to listen to your problem.

The services that my family gets from this office is Excellent! I highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

The best Doctor ever...I just love her!!! She’s extremely inspirational and kind. Very caring!!! I’ve been her patient for about 20 years and wouldn’t dare think of finding about Physician. Her, Grace, and her Staff are wonderful.

No bad or unpleasant experience. Staff are very helpful and Dr Lim explained fully what I needed to do to have a good health and how better I can care for myself in the long term.....Jr (Father)

Dr. Lim is very accommodating and always take her time to listen. She’s my primary doctor for 16 yrs. thank you Dr. Lim for taking care of me. ????

I have been going to Dr. Lim for as long as I can remember. She is non judgmental, caring and always has an answer to my questions. I lived in the Sharpstown are for 41 years, moved to Katy in 2018. I would travel to the another city to see Dr. LIM. I am a huge fan and always let everyone I know where she is.

I would highly recommend this Doctor.She is very proficient and thorough with her treatment.Office staff was nice and helpful.

I wish I could rate a 0. That's what deserved. The entire office staff including Dr. Lim was so uncaring. How could a Dr. not call you on positive test results?! After a week of calling she finally called me back and told me my results were online and if I had questions to schedule an additional appointment (for another copay). I was so taken aback I ended the conversation immediately. Still waiting on rx refill after 2 weeks of calling.

This doctor is more interested in frequent needless visits than having an actual concern about a patients health. I had to wait an hour and a half for a 5 min visit for a simple refill request. No lab or testing needed just a chance to bill my insurance for a needless visit. As mentioned in the other reviews her front office is staffed with VERY rude women. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Lim and her staff!!! They are so wonderful and help you with any issue you are having. I don't understand why people are so rude in these comments! Just silly! Dr. Lim is a wonderful doctor who is so thorough and helps you to the best of her ability. I would totally recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I had few problems and all she did is give me medicine for blood pressure, didn't do anything about numbness in my hands, I went to another Doctor and he did blood work, I have something more serious. Very disappointment, I waste my time and my money at her house, now I'm under reumathologist care, I'm glad I went somewhere else

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lim to my friends and family. Dr. Lim is so thorough with her exams and diagnosis. I admit that if she is unable to help you with a chronic illness she will transfer your care to a SPECIALIST! Specialist , as in a Doctor who specializes in that illness! I have been an RN for 5 years and I have not met anyone better than Dr. Lim. She treats my mom and we LOVE her. Shame on those who speak ill willed towards her. Just Silly!

I was in search of a new PCP and came across Dr.Alice Lim's name on the list.Making an appointment through their website was so easy, staff called me right away to confirm my appt they were very nice and friendly.I love how their office looked very organize and tidy.The staff was courteous and of course i had a very good impression with Dr.Lim.I felt very comfortable with her right away, she was so friendly and a very good listener.I will definitely come back and recommend her.

Dr Lim, Does not want to help her patients other than a cold if you need insulin go see a endocrinologist if you have some trouble breathing go see a pulmonologist so on and so forth she did give me some cough medicine for congestive heart failure. What a dope. Office staff sucks they are rude and they yell at you I guess next time I get sick I'll go see our vet

I highly recommend Dr. Lim to anyone and everyone!! She is the best Dr. Ever. She is so sweet and very professional. Her office staff is very good and handle business like professionals. I will never go anywhere else but to this Dr. When I first became a patient Christina helped me so much, explaining insurance questions and concerns. Knowing that makes me feel like they care for me. I LOVE IT!

Awesome doctor. She make sure all my questions about my health is answered.

The office staff are clueless and inefficient. I got billed different amounts for an office visit and when I tried to verify it with them they insisted that there is no way they can make a mistake. Very unprofessional. Also, when I told them I needed a medication as soon as possible, Christina at the front office sounded very indifferent and said we won't get to that until later because we are very busy. Patients do not call and let you know it's important unless it really is. VERY UNCARING!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lim's for about 2 yrs now. I love Dr. Lim and Lupe. Those girls in the front are so rude. I hate coming to the office and having to speak to them. They always slam the reception door and are rude when they speak to you. I called for results from a test and I asked for Lupe. She told me that there is a process and Lupe would call me in 5 days with the results. I hung up with her and Lupe was calling my cell phone... SOOOOOOOO RUDE!
