I saw Dr. Totonchi for top surgery (FTM). His work is amazing and I am completely satisfied with the final outcome. I now have the chest I felt I should have.. HAPPY beyond words.. Highly recommend Dr. Totonchi if you are FTM and looking for a surgeon for top surgery.. You will have NO REGRETS about choosing him.. Thank you Dr Totonchi for all you have done.

He removed a cyst under my right eye in august. It never healed. I look like a freak. It is painful and itchy 6 months later

He did a great job, the first time and just tweaked my nose on the revision. He stood by his word and did the second surgery at no charge, except for surgery center cost. I would recommend to my friends and family.

I wanted to keep my skin looking younger and smoother and improve fine lines and wrinkles. I consulted Dr Totonchi as he performed my Facelift last year. He suggested ProFractional laser with Micro Laser Peel. I got it done last month. It took at least 10 days to recover from redness and swelling. Now I feel that my skin has become more even, smoother and many of the pigmentation issues I used to complain have gone away. Dr Totonchi is an incredibly skilled surgeon who achieves the highest quality results. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be returning to Dr Totonchi for the rest of my life. I was in a life altering accident 4 years ago. As of February this year, 2018, I still didn’t have a nose. I commend Dr Totonchi on the work he did. Not only did he give me my nose back, but he restored a piece of myself. I’m very satisfied with the work that Dr Totonchi and his staff have done on my nose and face. Dr had very little to work with after my accident and today, I have a nose! I strongly recommend the doctor, his team and staff.

I had a revision rhinoplasty where he (and his team of Case Western interns) took a piece of rib cartilage to rebuild my nose. It looks horrible and works worse. Avoid this man at all costs.

I recently had a septo/rhinoplasty done by Dr. Totonchi. He made me feel so comfortable going into surgery and he did an amazing job! My nose looks EXACTLY like how I wanted and I can finally breathe. I would highly recommend Dr. Totonchi.

I recommend Dr. Totonchi to everyone needing plastic surgery. The work he did for me is wonderful. The doctor answered all my questions and he always left me feeling important and cared for. His staff is always gracious and helpful. I had an issue in the hospital and he handled it before I even knew. I have already sent patients to him and will continue.

I just had my deviated septum fixed and he did a great job fixing and straightening my nose.

Excellent dr and staff! Explained everything to us. The surgery got rid of my migraines of 46 years, daily headaches! I had sinus and migraine surgery three months ago, and have been migraine free since then! I have gotten off all my migraine Meds also. I had Botox for six years which helped but had become less effective. I am now med free and much happier. Not having migraines has given me a greater quality of life. I can't thank Dr. Totonchi enough for what he's done for me! Thank you dr!

I waited a year before I left a comment as I wanted to make sure my surgery was a success. I was suffering from severe migraines for more than 40 years. After many dr's and treatments dr. Totanchi did the migraine surgery on me. I'm happy to say that for 15 months I have not had a migraine where before I did not go a week without a bad bad migraine.

Dr. Totonchi performed Occipital Nerve Decompression Surgery on April 5,2016 and it was life changing. For 23 years (last 2 1/2 years, daily) I have had chronic neck pain and headaches with nausea due to an automobile accident in 1993. After many doctors, tests and half my life as a chronic pain patient, Dr. Totonchi finally fixed the problem that so many other doctors did not know about or could not locate. I can now say goodbye to pain management, injections and meds. You rock Doc!
