Dr. Mahtabifarb exhibits the ultimate in what you would desire in a physician. His medical professionalism, expertise, concern, and compassion for my recent surgery, recovery and post-op visits is without peer. I can rest assured that I am in good hands and that I am well taken care of. His nurse Diane represents the highest standard with which all other nurses and her peers should strive to attain. She is without equal! She went out of her way to patiently answer any and all questions and concerns no matter HOW trivial and inconsequential they seemed. Thank you UCI, for managing and facilitating the BEST medical care personnel and facilities in the industry!!

Dr. Mahtabifard and his team at UC Irvine changed my life. I received the ETS for palmar hyperhidrosis, and my experience could not have been better. Everyone I came in contact with at the UC Irvine Douglas Hospital was incredibly helpful, professional, and caring. Dr. Mahtabifard helped me on my lung surgery. He is one of the best doctors I met and definitely a blessing from God.

I was refered to Dr Mahtabifard once I was diagnosed with lung cancer. He took his time and reviewed my case and scheduled my surgery for the earliest possible time. He was very thorough explaining my case and procedure for my daughter who was very worried. On the day of surgery he was very calm and took his time removing the tumor. After the surgery according to my daughter he saw her twice to assure her all went well. I'm recovering terrifically under his care. Amir Hakim (AMIRCO)
