Mr. Ali O Erol

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My very first time going to the place to try to make an appointment in person because I'm deaf and is hard for me to make an appointment over the phone. As soon as I open the front door to talk to the person at the front desk, the Dr from the door asked who am I?? Like 4 times very rude, it was hard to understand and I felt confused with the whole situation. The girl at the front desk apologized which is not her fault, however, I was waiting for the Dr's apology and when he came out again he pretend not to see me there and ignored me. I'll never come back to the place.

Dr. Erol is an amazing Primary Care Physician. He is brutally honest and tells you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear, which is how medicine is supposed to be practiced. If you can’t handle the god’s honest truth, then I would not recommend you see him as your PCP.

Very attentive, professional, and timely. Always responds to phone calls promptly. Tracy is fantastic at the front desk!

BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU GO TO DR. EROL Front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant, Dr. Erol Was not. My first few visits with him he came off as very arrogant and rude, having an unprofessional demeanor. Not only was he rude, but missed out on a serious condition that I was dealing with (later got it figured out by another PCP months later). Told me that there was nothing else he could do for me. I am so thankful that I switched doctors, my life has been so much better since I put myself into the right hands. Great Doctor, very attentive and expert.

Dr Erol has been my family's primary physician for the last 6 years. I find Dr Erol to be professional as well as very caring and easy to get in and see whenever we have a need, I highly recommend Dr Erol for anyone searching for a new Primary in the Hartford Area.

Very thorough, timely, and professional

Dr. Erol's is, without a question, the best PCP in the Hartford area. His genuine concern for his patients is outstanding. One visit to his office and you would understand.

Great Personal Doctor... He Has Been My Personal Doctor For Many Years. He's Very Attentive and Caring, Professional Staff ( Tracy ) Is An Angel With A GentleTouch. Always Makes Time For His Patients At Short Notice. I Highly Recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Erol for over 12 years. He develops an excellent rapport with his patients. He listens well and is caring. He is proactive but does not over-test. Small office and always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Erol.

Dr. Erol is one of the best doctors in Harford county. Dr. Erol Is not a pill pusher And treat you as a patient and not just the number. I am very particular about my doctors and have referred many of my family to him

Very judgemental and degrading no bedside manor can see why he got divorced does not let patient discuss there input would not advise any one to see him

Dr. Erol has been my Primary Care Physician for 8 years. In this time I have always found him to be thorough in his examinations, supportive in his recommendations and clear in reviewing my blood test results. I have experienced nothing but a positive attitude with him. I feel fortunate that I found him.

He is a great doctor. He is very knowlegable and does in detail analysis of patient's diagnosis, and then informs the patient accordingly. I advise him to everybody.

Dr Erol is an excellent physician who tells it like it is. Hes very serious about your health and will do everything he can to assist you. He listens to your opinion but gives you his best recommendation which is what you want since he is your doctor. He definitely listens to what you have to say as patients know their own bodies best. I would highly recommend him to family / friends especially with healthcare today. You get a real doctor vs some Assistant whos doing a doctor's job.

Very rude, make patients feel uncomfortable, and when questioned about the treatment it blows you off in very offensive way.
