I called and spoke for 6 minutes with the office staff about needing surgery for my amputated thumb tip, and everything seemed fine. I drove 2 hours to the appointment, and was immediately told by the doctor that he does not operate on fingers. He took x-rays and explained what I needed, and gave me a referral to someone who would do it. Having paid $250 dollars for this, I called the office manager to see about a refund on the basis that whoever took my appointment info definitely knew fingers were off the table when they made the appointment. I definitely told them exactly what the problem was, and they apparently wrote "hand pain," which is very inaccurate. Office manager agreed with me explicitly that all the office staff definitely knew the doctor would not operate on fingers, but would not offer even a partial refund. She said she would talk to the staff about it, but I don't recall any apologies. In summary, I find the front office staff negligent and unethical, but the doctor himself seemed fine. Doctor was amazing 5/5 but I am giving 1 star for their billing. They billed me for prolong visit (above 60mins) even though it was not. I had an appointment for 1:30pm and they didnt let me in till 1:50pm and I was out at 2:40pm. I was on call for hours to resolve this with my insurance involved. Excellent doctor!

No pleased. Doctor order MRI from a place he recommended and I chose somewhere less expensive he did not honor my results. Therefore costing more more money in the end.

The doctor gave me the only meds that worked for me, he was spot on. Enabled my swelling to go down. However, the waiting time is quite lengthy.

Dr. Sardinas has a brusque demeanor but probably means well. He is an OK doctor, of course as a surgeon he thinks in terms of surgery. His physical therapy staff, however, are great, considering they don't have much room and probably have a heavy load of patients.

I have been going here for almost 2 months now. My experiences have been fairly favorable. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The wait for the doctor is sometimes a little long and when he does come it feels slightly rushed. But nothing that I do not think cant be fixed with feedback. They don't know unless we make it known. Overall a good experience. My only complaint is the billing staff in the front. They are very disorganized. I sometimes get called 3 times in the same week to make an appointment that was already made and I am asked for payments which I have already paid. That area does need major work. But no complaints from the doctor and therapist. I have been going here for almost 2 months now. My experiences have been fairly favorable.
