THE WORST FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST!! This company needs to hire a new crew!!! ASAP!!

Extremely disappointed in Dr. Ermac and his staff. Does not show up to appointments on time or even within reasonable time. Does not return calls. Half the time their phone lines are down. Yet we are suppose to trust him with our health? His negligence has cost my family financial and emotional distress.

Every time I come to the office I have issues with the staff. The only reason I come back is because of our family dr. Today they tried to yet again get more money out of me when my insurance clearly states $0 copay for primary care visits, lady at the desk told me it was $100 and tried to argue that I was wrong and had a deductible to meet. I have taken my son twice to the doctor and had no copay charge to see his primary care. Why would your office be different? I didn’t pay anything and pulled up the info my insurance showed as far as what my co pay charges were. Once I showed them this she changed her tone and told me they would be right with me. Why does the office staff always seem to want more money or make it difficult to see the doctor? I like the doctors but the office staff is rude and always seems to change there policy’s every time I come visit. Today will be my last visit as after this I will be changing doctors so I won’t have to keep going through this. Every time I come to the office I have issues with the staff. Dr Ermac is great and so is his staff

We were not looking forward to a doctors office visit in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, but my son needed to see the doctor. After going through all of the precautions, we waiting just a few minutes before being called into the exam room and a few more minutes for Dr. Ermac to examine my son. I’m so glad that we found Dr. Ermac and he did such a great job at solving the problem. Thank you!

Horrible office staff, really bad communication , they never told me that I have to be 40 minutes earlier on my first appointment and I called the office like 3 times. They lost a patient today.

Never answer the phone

Dr. Emac really cares about his patients. He has been my doctor for the past 10 years.

I was referred to Dr. Ermac and his staff by a friend. I have had nothing but the best experiences (if that's possible at a doctors office) with the doctors and staff here. Always professional and always answer any question I have. Yea they sometimes have to call me back.... the world doesn't revolve around me, I expect it. I definitely do not recommend Dr. E. After waiting an hour twice, the first time didn't come Into the room, second time was not much better. Seems he wanted to get on to the next patient at my expense. I could add more but you get the point.

Horrible office staff. Needlessly rude. I had to find a different doctor because it was so difficult to get an appointment or a return call when I needed it.

Referred by another physician due to blood work numbers and was told that he doesn't care about numbers and would look at other things besides what I was referred for.

A waste of time he did not listen to the patient and was quick to discredit other doctor's information sent to him. Will never go back.
