Dr. Neumann is AWESOME!

Dr. Neuman is great! He always takes his time with me and explains exactly what is going on and what I need to do. He is one if my most favorite doctors.

Dr Neumann is compassionate and very thorough. He digs into the symptoms and finds a solution. Very good doctor and staff!!! I just love talking to Dr. Neuman. He asks me about how life is going and shows me he is concerned about me. A great allergist and doctor.

A fabulous physician! Office staff always pleasant and professional.

I had a the hearing aid rubber dome come off the aid and into my ear canal. Dr. Neumann took one look and pulled it out with a small forceps. Total time 15 seconds. Total pain zero.

Very compassionate Dr. I appreciate him snd his nursing staff for rendering EXCELLENT customer care! Very easy to relate to and explained my condition in terms I could understand! He’s a definitely a keeper????????

Dr Neumann is very determined to get a long term solution for my sinus issues. He doesn’t just recommend surgery and let whatever the outcome become, he is trying to give me a lasting, long term solution with a variety of medications, rinses and surgery. He also has a very refreshing and explanatory bedside manner.

Dr. Neumann is very gentle with babies. He has great bedside manners and he is patient specific with his care. I appreciate that because most doctors are quick to diagnose things without looking at the full picture.

He has taken care of me with my allergies for years. He also has performed numerous procedures of my children and grandchildren. He is a wonderful doctor!

I absolutely love Dr. Neumann. BEST ENT doctor on the Eastern Shore. I have been a long standing patient of Dr. Neumann and he has always delivered the utmost, top notched care. He’s genuine, understanding, compassionate, down to earth, honest, and he truly cares about all of his patients. He always asks about how I am doing as well as my family. He’s relatable. Anytime I had a question or a concern and needed to speak with a nurse, she picked up never needing to leave a message or wait for a call back. When my son had surgery with Dr. Neumann, he called personally multiple times over the course of the first three days or so to check on him and ensure everything was okay with surgery. He strives to deliver the best care to all of his patients on every appointment and ensures that they are well taken care of and loved. It’s the littlest things that mean the most and I will continue my care with this beautiful doctor the rest of my life. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my family!! Your the best!!!

Dr. Neumann is very nice and he listens. He provides the best care possible. We really like him and his nurse Angela.

Office staff and Dr. Neumann were all friendly and professional from the moment stepping into the office. Dr. was great at explaining results and next steps.

Dr Alfred Neumann was the best I was so thankful that my friend recommended him to me he was so kind And knowledgeable on what was going on with me after I told him my Symptoms I had been dealing with that one symptoms for months and no one else know what to give me to help me but he did !!

I have had nothing but the absolute best care and professional experience that any patient could ever hope to have with their doctor. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring physician. I am almost deaf and have bilateral hearing aids that have been a life saver and totally changed my social engagement. I cannot say enough good thing about Dr Neumann and unequivocally recommended him and his audiology staff. If I could award more than 5 stars I would.???? Everything about our visits to Premier Medical Center have been wonderful, Dr. Neumann and his staff have been a pleasure. I have a 5 year old little girl getting her tonsils and adenoids removed and they have made us feel comfortable and safe. We will return to this facility for any eye, ear, nose, and throat needs.

Dr Neumann is great! I have been seeing him for about 8 years. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what is going on with you and works out a plan to delay surgery until absolutely necessary. Our 2.5 yr old little girl loved Dr. Neumann. He was very attentive, took his time with her, and was very detailed in a plan to help her ear issues. He was very genuine and had great bedside manner.

Extremely Confident In what he says or does for me. Takes time to make sure you understand your own condition.

As a newly established patient of Dr. Neumann, we are extremely pleased and will be happy to call premier medical home.

This is only based on first impressions of this journey but Dr. Neumann seems to be the real deal. Perfect balance of concern and listening with proper respect for what I was saying. I am looking forward to next appt and would highly recommend which is what I also told my elderly parents.

Dr. Neumann always goes above and beyond to keep me in the best health. From my sinuses to hearing to allergies. So grateful for all that he continues to do to care for me. I can't recommend him enough!

After having Dr. Pitcock as my ENT for many years, I was pleased with the care I received from Dr. Neumann on my visit. He was attentive and ready to get me better.
