BEST DOCTOR I have ever encountered. Dr Carr might be the most knowledgeable and thorough doctor I have ever met with the most incredible bedside manner. He is thorough with his evaluations and knows how to listen to the patient. He has extensive knowledge and is extremely efficient following through during the day directly with patients. Dr. Carr is an ENT but honestly I would probably go see if him with any type of problem... he is just that good. His office staff is pretty incredible too

I have had a complicated history with migraines and vertigo. Now I have found out I have Sjogrens/Sicca which causes severe dryness in the body. I have seen several ENT's that could not help me with the dryness in my nose and ears. He knew what to do. He is also now handling the confusing equilibrium loss issue and is the first ENT to look at inner ear autoimmune disease. He speaks at a level I understand and asked questions no other ENT asked. I am happy I started seeing him.

Dr Carr was the only doctor of four ENT doctors we had visited over a 6 year period, that found and fixed the problem with my husband's frequent sinus infections that often led to pneumonia. His investment in the solution and excellent unhurried explanations were invaluable to us.

Doc is amazing! He has the best beside manner and he isn't just a doctor that sees you for your medical problems, he is interested in who you are as a person. His work is well thought out and he always has a plan. I got the privilege to work with him for almost two years. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! You truly won't be disappointed with him. He is kind, loving and an all around good person.

Dr. Neil Smith is the BEST!!! It is so hard to find a doctor that isn't all about "get em in get em out" mentality. He is the first doctor I have ever had that doesn't make you feel rushed and takes the time to listen to all your of concerns and answer all of your questions. Aside from providing a great service, he really knows his stuff. I had been to 4 other allergists to try to solve my crazy allergies and Dr. Smith was the only one who really helped me. The Immunotherapy drops are absolutely amazing. I have been on them for over a year now and can see a huge improvement. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Neil Smith to anyone looking for a great doctor and allergy relief!!! Dr. Neil Smith is the BEST!!!
