Worst service ever when call to make an appointment clerk /receptionist was very rude ask to see ir they took my insurance and was hangup on thought it was a phone line problem but no truns out they are just unpleasant and rude.

She was very intuitive to my personal history and showed intense concern for my diabetic management.

Just unprofessional and rude receptionist and when I ask a question she kept tapping her nails on desk and rolled her eyes .. the Doctor took so long to attend us.

This place will make you wait hours before being seen (ex. You have to wait an hour for a 2 minute bloodwork). Do yourself a favor. Find any other office except this place.

Reading the reviews for the past months makes perfect sense as to why hey don't answer their phones. I have no been to the doctor for more than an year and I have been calling for a few days now and my call never got answered. In fact several of my calls seems to have been rejected, it only rang once and the call was ignored. I hope doctor sees these reviews and does something about it soon. Meanwhile I will look for another doctor.

He is very patient, answers your questions in detail, good listener, tried to find the best care for your issue.

Ochoa is cold and not helpful to patients. I always had to schedule with Dr. Del who was more compassionate and helpful. I finally had to leave this place for good. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a great experience. No complaints here. Awesome staff. Awesome nurses. Awesome Doctors.

Great Dr, never have had issues. PA's are wonderful and very patient. They won't let you leave until all questions are answered. All my family goes there. He has been my doctor for 35 years.

Dr. Ochoa is extremely personable and knowledgeable about his craft. He blends cutting edge research methods with current best practice and only designs a treatment regime that his patent agrees with, he asks questions of his patients and actually listens to their concerns rather than just forcing his preferences on his patients. Dr. Del complements Dr. Ochoa very well and is also extreemly knowledgeable with regard to his craft. I have had the good fortune to be treated by both of them for a pretty severe injury and I am on the mend faster than I should have been given my injury. The staff is very helpful and kind. The office manager Tanya was able to coordinate all of my office visits to specialist without me having to make even one call. That has been absolutely awesome. Staff is very rude and makes mistakes on appointments and make patients wait for more than an hour when fasting.Then they want to reschedule because they forgot to sign my mom in,because another patient showed up for appointment. Just hope no one goes threw this bad experience.

My experience with the staff was AWFUL!! They did not give me the correct time of appt. because when I showed up they told me, “I was a no show!” I rescheduled that appt. At my rescheduled appt. I was there at 7:45am, right on time, but to my surprise the receptionist had not signed me in and I had been waiting for 1 hr. They expected me to wait more! All this was for blood work and I was fasting!! The receptionist, Jessica, was very RUDE!!! I'm a winter Texan and have been treated by him several times. He goes right to the issue and treats it according. He's a fine doctor by me. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon. I may need him again.

I went in as a walk in on Sunday at 8am with a bad ankle sprain. (Sundays are walk in patients only). I was called in for xrays at around 10 am and i didn't see Dr. Ochoa till 11:56 am. He looked at xrays looked at my foot asked about pain and told me it was not broken just sprain. He told me to keep it wrapped or in a brace (which he did not do or provide) and prescribed me pain meds. All this in under 10 minutes! Today is Wednesday and pharmacy still has not received my prescription from him!
