Dr. Lopez has been amazing for us. He has spent so much time listening to our concerns. He works diligently to help regulate our meds. He is very good at explaining answers to all of our questions and concerns. He really does have his patients quality of life at the forefront of his concerns. We appreciate him fitting us in for emergency appointments and immediately returning our call when we had to make a middle of the night call. He is the 3rd psychiatrist we have seen and is by far the best. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Lopez listens to goals and works with you to achieve them. He is knowledgeable in his field.

Doctor misdiagnosed me because he failed to do a history. He does not listen and he does not ask questions due to language barrier it seems.

Dr. Lopez has treated members of our family since 2011. Compared with previous psychiatrists, Dr. Lopez is everything one could possibly want. With regard to providing psychiatric care, Dr. Lopez is tops. He’s a pleasure to deal with and enjoys a stellar reputation in the community. THINGS WE LIKE ABOUT DR. LOPEZ: 1. Cooperation and respect for our treatment goals: At our first visit with Dr. Lopez, we told him our goal was that our child wouldn’t be traumatized by any more hospitalizations, a goal met under Dr. Lopez, care. 2. Very conservative with regard to medications prescribed: His philosophy helps him work with the patient (or parents of the patient) to learn what meds are effective. 3. Demonstrated Competence: We trust Dr. Lopez’ judgement and recommendations because of his vast experience in his field. 4. Great Doctor “Bedside Manner”: Dr. Lopez demonstrates true caring for our family, not just as patients, but also as individual persons.

Horrible experience. Misdiagnosed our child, over medicated her to the point where she wasn’t functioning then called her schizophrenic. All he did was throw drugs at us.

One the absolute worst experiences with a medical professional. Not only did he make me feel terrible about myself but he boldface lied to me about my medication. He was rude and inconsiderate. He does not respect your time, he took a rep during my appointment slot. Not to mention his front staff are alway disheveled and always eating at the desk. Find someone else!

Dr. Lopez is very caring and takes the time to listen to the patients concerns.

Dr. Lopez Cardona is attentive, sincere, empathetic and highly competent. He is a patient listener and his questions are on point. I always feel like I am the most important patient during my time in his care. I would highly recommend him.

My daughter has suffered tremendously throughout her entire life (she is now 13.) Diagnosed ADHD/ODD by other Doctor(s) at the age of 4.5 and prescribed meds, she took them until the age of 11 but she just seemed to be getting worse with every year. Dr. Lopez was able to make the correct diagnosis (bipolar) and she is steadily working towards better health. Dr. Lopez is always available and provides excellent care. I finally found the right professional to care for my baby.
