Found Dr Cutugno showed no real individual interest and absolutely no empathy to my husband. After seven months and three types of chemo he did nothing except to order many tests and charge absolutely ridiculous amounts. For his 15 to 20 minute office visit we had to wait 45 minutes up to an hour an half to see him. His final advice was to go to DanaFarber Hospital in Boston. I wish I could get into to see Dr. Cutugno. I hear great things about him and was seeing Dr. Rodriguo Erlich until he left Nuvance unexpectedly. I hear that Alfonso Cutugno is the best.

My name is Brad Johnson and I had stage 4 large B cell Lymphoma in the summer of 2018. Doctors missed it and came up with all sorts of crazy diagnosis's. I ended up with Dr Cutugno and I am extremely certain he saved my life. He went above and beyond at every turn....even canceling a vacation because of my treatment. I owe my life to him and would give him a thousand stars if I could. I left NY in remission and yesterday I had my port taken out...my new doctors in SC at MUSC believe that I am clear and they agreed that my NY doctor pulled off a miracle. Dr Cutugno is a man of his word and extremely talented. I could go on for hours but let me leave it that if I ever got cancer again.....I will move back to Ulster or Dutchess county to have him as my doctor.....and his staff and infusion center are top notch as well. Dr. Cutugno has treated my Lymphoma for over 10 years. He is the most wonderful physician I have ever dealt with. I feel incredibly fortunate to be his patient.

He is an excellent doctor. He is caring and thorough with a well kept office and fine staff

Dr. Cutugno is a fantastic oncologist. His bed side manner is better than any doctor that has ever cared for me. His expertise, honesty, and patience have all been critical in my treatment. I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in November of 2016. He identified a genetic condition that drastically changed my treatment for the better, and I am happy to say I'm able to live life almost normally. Dr. Cutugno is a fantastic oncologist. His bed side manner is better than any doctor that has ever cared for me. His expertise, honesty, and patience have all been critical in my treatment. Great Doctor! You don't find many doctors anymore who know their practice and are genuinely caring human beings who will spend as much time with their patients as is necessary. Dr. Catugno, does. He also read my chart and lab work from my G.P.. and found that my thyroid numbers were incredibly high and advised me to get to an endrochronologist immediately for treatment, or I could slip into a coma at any time. Thank you Dr. Cutugno!

I am alive an in pretty good shape with quality of life thanks to Dr. Cutugno. The man was described to me as being "brilliant" by the referring physician and he was spot on. Dr. Cutugno shows you he cares and makes you feel he is thinking about your case at all times. He is straight forward, does not sugar coat anything and has a terrific sense of humor. We are very lucky to have him serving patients in our area.

Today Dr Cutugno performed a bone marrow biopsy on me. I expected considerable pain during the procedure but Dr Cutugno's procedure with Nurse Pat's assistance was painless and fast. They kept me in good humor and were very comforting.
