I had a consultation appointment for my two teenagers scheduled one morning, driving from 35 minutes away. I was two minutes late to my appointment, and they canceled both of my kids’ appointments.

Excellent staff and doctors!

I was 2 minutes late for a consultation visit with my two teenagers (after calling ahead of time to warn of lateness), and both of my appointments were cancelled upon arrival, necessitating another morning off of work and school for me and my kids. The office staff was rude and unkind.

I love this place. They are very thorough & professional, they are very detailed oriented when it comes to explaining the work that you are looking to get done. Would recommend to anyone in nanosecond. What I liked most is the hospitality they all showed me !

Dr Alfano and staff made my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal smooth and as comfortable as possible. Excellent care and follow up! I highly recommend them.

I was in a pickle with a tooth infection and the tooth needed to be extracted. Searched for a few different oral surgeons in the area and all seemed fine but could not find any that would schedule me as soon as possible. Dr Balaci’s office scheduled me within a few days. So that was a bonus. Upon arrival the office was clean, sterile, calm, friendly. Got called back for the dreaded procedure... the nurse and dr Balaci were wonderful. Reassuring and comforting. He made it more quick and painless than I ever could have imagined. I was floored with how easy the whole process was! He is clearly very skilled at what he does. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone was so very pleasant!! From the time I called in to make my appointment, to checking in, to meeting with that ladies in the back, to having the extraction done by Dr Balaci all the way to checking out everything was completely seamless. Our family will continue to use Balaci Oral Surgery in the future.

Dr. Balaci was amazing actually listened to me and explained everything. He was not in a hurry to get out of the room. All the staff was kind and professional. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Balaci and staff!

Dr. Balaci and his team are always so friendly and welcoming! They're always open to answering any questions you have and are sure to check on you personally after your procedure.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out. The procedure was quick and done without any complications. Everything healed up nice. The staff was very kind, made sure to let me know everything that was going on and answered all my questions.

Dr. Balaci and staff are knowledgeable and skilled. They keep you informed of the process along the way so that you know what to expect during (and after) the procedure. I was offered practical treatment advice and allowed to weigh my options to make informed decisions.

Had work done which was supposed to be a root canal. After start of root canal, infection would not stop draining even after 2 additional visits so seemed like best option was extraction. They got me in the next day for the extraction and even though the site was sore from the abscess, the pain was not as severe as I was fearfully expecting and I am one who is scared of needles and dentists to start. The whole staff is super nice and they make you feel super comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!

They work very fast, very well. If you gotta have it done, this is a good place for it.

The procedure was quick and painless and was fast recovery did not like the sharp poke in top of roof but gone within 3 secs

The staff was very personable and Dr. Balaci went above and beyond with his quality of care. I definitely will tell my friends and family to go here and nowhere else.

Procedure went very well. Medical staff were very nice. However, several hours later when I experienced an excruciating problem, which required more than Advil or Tylenol, I was left without any help. Their reason was that they only prescribe codeine which I told them I cannot take because it makes me very sick. Ridiculous. *If you cannot take codeine, stay away from this practice because if you run into a problem, you are on your own! Thank God for another surgeon that helped me. Was not fun.

Fortunately, available to us in Lebanon County is a qualified and personable staff and doctor.
