In 1993, after hysterectomy, I had urinary pain. Dr. Feign treated me for six months. He never once blamed my short stature or weight problem. In 2020, Dr. Feigl again became my urologist for a mass in my left kidney. He always makes sure I understand all the findings, and is very competent as my urology specialist.

The VA made an appointment with Dr Feigl 2 months ago. On April 14 I received a call saying that Dr Feigl would not be in the office on April 29 and wanted to change my appointment to October. My prescription runs out at the end of April and now I need to find a doctor that has a concern for patients. I call that as very uncaring and would not recommend him.

It's only about money there. They see so many patients a day there they can't possibly give good health care. I had a cystoscopy done and he was in such a hurry he didn't see a 2 inch tumor in my bladder, Hopefully my new urologist found it in time as it is cancerous.

I just don't get it, wait for hours only to be seen for less than 5 minutes. You call back and they hang up and can't seem to give you an answer.

Dr. Feigl is OK. Unfortunately DHR is a scam facility. I have been charged $900 for a simple blood test, and over $7k for a Dr. office visit. Every event involving DHR results in a billing fight...

First and foremost the wait time is ridiculously long. Second, calls are never answered it seems. Messages go unreturned.

His office scheduled an appointment with a 2 hour phone conference window with my 83 yr. old father(and since we live out in the rural county, phone service is bad so we drive to an area where we get service) and the time came and went. But no follow up call, so when I called back the appointment secretary then asked for a 3 hour window. Completely unreasonable to ask my father to wait for 3 hours for a phone appointment. Very disappointed with the administration of this office. Will file complaint with corresponding medical state board.

They are very good drs. But the wait is long, and that's with an appointment.

I called Monday 6, 2020 to ask if dr feigl or his assistant can prescribe a antibiotic for a uti I have. The lady who picked up the phone took my message. I still haven't heard from them at all. I wont go because of the coronavirus and I thought they would understand. bottom line, this is the worst place to be treated. I have had other issues with this place in the past. Ever since this renaissance came here to the valley this place went downhill. Don't recommend this place at all. If it was up to me I give a negative 0

Very disappointed in the service. I was hospitalized due to the blockage of my kidney on 10/10-11/19, so Dr. Feigl put a stent in to let my kidney drain and hopefully have the kidney stone pass. I go in on 11/4/19 to get the stent removed and they were supposed to set up a follow up apt. to see if kidney stone passed. They never called me, I started developing back pain in the same area I had my kidney stone so I called on 12/16/19 to see when they were going to see me again. They wanted to give me an appointment for February but I told them I really needed to see him since I'm getting pain again and they never called me to set up a follow up appointment. So they set my appointment for 1/7/20 (today) Guess what, they called me yesterday saying they need to reschedule because the doctor had an emergency. I told them that was fine, but I really need to see him because I still have a lot of pain and I'm pretty sure the kidney stone never went away. They wanted to give me an appointm

long wait of 2 hrs before seeing doctor but he is worth the wait

At first for several years I thought he was a good doc, but a few months ago after he performed a procedure on a family member, my loved one started having severe and I mean severe bleeding he ended up at dhr er three times... that is another horrible place! I finally suggested that they go to an urgent care, and ended up at another hospital besides DHR!!! Well Dr Fiegl and on call Dr refused to talk to the urologist on call there to give him any information! Once he was released from the hospital, we went back to Dr firgl’s office, and there they wanted to make him see a dr that had never seen him before, I insisted he see Dr Fiegl, when he came in he seemed angry, irritated with my family member, acting condescending and basic told ask my family member “ what do you want!?!? Do you want a permanent bag!!?!? Because you will always be like that!!! You could see the fear and sadness come over my family member!! I then asked if he could just cauterize the bleeding blood vessels, Dr Fiegl said yeah I guess but that’s only temp your are going to forever have the bleeding! We saw a urologist in SanAntonio and needless to say he did not a permanent bag, he is doing great!! Don’t submit your loved one to this drs ugliness! And also if you do want to see this dr expect to wait HOURS!!! I mean forever!!! And be treated like him erds of cattle!!!! Oh and when I questioned why they refused to talk to the hospital urologist Dr Fiegl shrugged as said “ YOU WENT TO THE WRONG HOSPITAL”!!! So expect this dr to only care about you or your loved one if you only go to DHR hospital! With the exception of a long waiting period before being seen, I'm extremely pleased with the procedure and service provided by Dr. Feigl and his staff.

Dr. Feigl performed a TURP procedure on me in January and the results were terrific. Dr. Feigl was very informative and attentive, 5 stars.

Dr. Alexander Feigl really knows his business and took me through a difficult time in my life to very happy man. I was in big trouble and he pulled off a very professional proven procedure to put me back on top. I totally trust and have total faith in Dr. Feigl. Thank you Dr.Feigl.

He's very friendly, approachable in to ask questions, explained my condition with material he had printed for me. Overall, I was impressed and felt comfortable.

Such an amazing doctor and surgeon. Very warm and welcoming. Explained everything down to the smallest detail and put my husband and I at ease with our medical condition. Very appreciative of Dr. Fiegl and all of his staff.
