Dr Chavez is great. Front office staff is useless. Lost all new patient forms that were hand delivered prior to the appointment. Their response was to shrug and say to fill them out again.

The doctor himself I don’t mind been here for a try for a new primary doctors care but staff getting return calls and getting them to do anything is the worst JCMC is the worst all around if you can go try a different doctor

Always have been great.. Dr Chavez is the best doctor I've ever had. The other one is not . Gets one star for the following,My sister gets "covid"/flu and leaves with no prescription. She asks for ivermectin and zpak and he says no. If she had To go to the hospital then she would get the medicine. Wouldn't it be good for her before it gets to that point? Doctors took a path. I feel like this one did not... Anyone in the situation like this look into America's Frontline doctors they'll give you the medicine you need. He is a fantastic doctor. If he can't figure out what's wrong he makes sure he finds you the best that can. Love this doctor. Highly recommend.

Told me I couldn’t been seen by them anymore for no specific reason and struggling to find another doctor that will Work with me not having insurance and the medicine I take , been suffering for weeks now because of them , thanks guys

Took the time to listen and provide insight on serious health concerns that were dismissed by other doctors. So thankful he goes above and beyond for me and my family.
