This guy's bedside manner is garbage. Don't go to him and expect to be treated like a human. You are just a number to him. He didn't ask me any details about my lifestyle or my quality of life. He came in and didn't stop talking about everything he knew. I had to interrupt him to tell him about MY BACK PAIN.

Very impressed with Doctor zeroing in on problem and handling it during that visit.

Dr. Chasnis was very patient and courteous with me. He listened to my issues and did not rush my visit and thoroughly explained the next steps for my treatment.

Dr Chasnis clearly understands my health challenges and has made clear recommendations on how to handle it. The staff are so focused on making sure everyone is taken care.

Had to wait over 1.5 hours! Dr was way behind schedule and rushed me out. Very upset.

My husband had spinal injections bilaterally. All staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable including a thorough doctor. First time here as we are new to the state but hoping this helps to relieve some of the extreme pain he is having. ????

I have been going to Doctor Chasnis for almost a decade, and he has done a fantastic job of helping me with extreme back pain. I would highly recommend him if you are having pain issues that can be treated. You must keep in mind that all pain issues cannot be treated effectively, and he does not do major type surgeries, but is a pain specialist. He does do injections which is what he has done for me in the past. Some are generalized, and some are much more involved, using sedation and pin point methods at the direct source of the pain, and usually having a very good result if that is a possibility, because this type of treatment can haverify mixed results. I know from having other Doctors do the exact same types of injections. Again, I highly recommend Doctor Chasnis if you are having pain issues that he can treat. Great visit in Orthocarolina new facility in Huntersville. Spacious and very clean. Very friendly staff. Even though there was a long wait to see Dr Chasnis it was worth it. Dr Chasnis took the time to listen to all my concerns . He explained the ex-rays to me and suggested a few different options that he felt would be beneficial to me. No pressure . Dr Chasnis is great…Has a great personality and is a very good doctor.

Dr. Chasnis listened to my symptoms even though he was running behind. He recommended a non invasive 1st course of action which I really appreciated.

In early March a hand specialist referred me to Dr. Chasnis to do a nerve conduction study because I was having clawing on my left hand on my pinky and ring finger. The hand specialist thought I had Cubital tunnel syndrome (Ulnar Nerve Entrapment at the Elbow). I had advised the hand specialist I had neck issues as well but he seemed to ignore that. Dr. Chasnis during NCS test did not see the issue coming from the elbow and made sure he did the study on my left neck area since he was aware of my neck issues. The test concluded there was an issue with my neck and he sent me for a urgent MRI the same day. All the steps Dr. Chasnis has taken I feel has helped me get to the point I am today.

Had NCS/EMG. Nurse and Dr. Chasnis made me feel comfortable and less anxious about the exam. They knew I had a bad experience with a previous NCS/EMG at another facility about 10 years ago and made this visit exceptional.

Attentive, professional and compassionate. Offered great alternatives to unwanted invasive procedures.

Everyone was very well trained in his/her specific duties. Dr. Chasnis explained in detail what he would be doing both before injection and during the actual procedure. I was treated with utmost respect from the time I stepped into his office. I sure am glad he has chosen to work in the Concord office as well as the Huntersville office. Dr Chasnis is the first doctor in more than 10 years to actually listen and properly diagnosis. I wanted to shout "hooray" after my visit because I feel hopeful!

My son was a patient of Dr Chasnis. He was referred by his general practitioner to this office as he had experience 8 months of severe back pain. First, he was encouraged to see the PA (otherwise, it would take almost a month to see the doctor) who quickly set up a spinal injection appointment. He was never given an opportunity to consult with the doctor first. The injection only caused more pain. Dr Chasnis showed no concern and remarked to my son that he didn't see a reason why he in pain and that he may have an underlying disease. There was no followup or guidance and no concern.

Professional, great service

Dr Chasnis is an expert in pain relief. I’ve had a chronic lower back pain for 19 years and he has been the only doctor to effectively relieve my pain.

Dr. Chasnis is a most skilled MD, cares about his patients, always puts you at ease during treatments, and follows up to make sure you are recuperating well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chassis has excellent communication and a friendly manner. He was concerned that I was comfortable and not in pain during my procedure. The staff was very nice. Overall, despite having to get a steroid injection with fluoroscopy, a good experience.

This was my first treatment with Dr. Chasnis for lower back pain. I had two injections for osteoarthritis in my lower back at his office in Huntersville. I was a bit nervous about having this procedure in an office without anesthesia but I was very pleased with the experience. I recommend Dr. Chasnis without qualifications. The worst experience. I would never again seek healthcare from Ortho Carolina. Lack of communication, no follow-up, and poor patient satisfaction. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr Chasnis is an extraordinary Physician. He is respectful. Dr Chasnis is very concerned about his patient and comfort during the Epidural procedures. He is an excellent communicator and makes sure I always understand what the choices you definitely feel like your input is valued and your thoughts are valued. I have referred family as well as friends to DrChasnis. He is a gem. He always has responded, or his nurse , to questions phoned in or sent through the patient portal. He’s great!

I saw Dr Chasnis about 8 months ago for severe pain in my low back, and again recently when it "blew up". Dr Chasnis listened to me as I explained what I thought brought the event on and how I was "trying" to treat it myself. He also asked and listened to me about the level and location of pain. He was patient and gentle. He never gave me a feeling he was rushed or was ambivalent to my pain. I am impressed with his bed side manner. He is easy to talk to and I will return for his care if needed.

Dr. Chasnis is so good that I drive an hour and a half to his Clinic. He's the first doctor to diagnose me with fibromyalgia when everyone else just wouldn't pay attention. he also correctly diagnose my issues with my back and has been working with me on a care plan to get me back to normal.
