Dr Yoon was very helpful regarding our grandson's hole in his eardrum. Dr Yoon is skilled and compassionate.
Dr. Yoon is highly recommended. Had an appointment today and 5 stars isn’t enough. He’s very compassionate and caring and I’m very confident he will get to the root of my problem. The office is extremely well run and the staff is the best.
New to area and developed a serious ear ache. Earliest they could get me in was a week later, made the appt and hoped for the best. I asked twice what time I needed to be there as I was a new patient, and was NOT told I needed to be there 1/2 hour early - including multiple texts reminding me of the visit. Once I arrived at the correct time, they made no attempt to accommodate me and told me I needed to reschedule - that it was office policy to be there 1/2 hour earlier. I have no idea about the doctor, but the practice clearly values its paperwork over the well being of patients.
I love Dr Yoons efficiency and that I never wait to see him. He answers all of my questions and concerns.
Dr. Yoon is the best!
I disagree with the negative reviews. I just went for the first time, and feel very confident that Dr. Yoon is professional and knowledgable. I did not feel unduly rushed.
He talked too fast. He was in such a hurry to get through the visit and on to the next of the many patients waiting in the waiting room that he Began answered questions before even hearing the entire question. Was not listening to what was being asked. Very cold, even rude. Would never step foot in his office again, even if he was the lady ENT in the world!!
Always very quick .. seems more about numbers ( getting people in and out quick ) Been there a few times. Switching Drs

I have nothing good to say about Dr. Yoon After being misdiagnosed for 2 years, I ended up with CSF(brain) fluid coming out of my ear - had emergency surgery, was hospitalized for a total of 15 days - no longer able to work. He is now trying to collect $25 for a No-Show Charge

Dr. Yoon was so helpful during my recent visit. He took time to address all my questions and most importantly I left feeling much better.
He tries to get you in and out as quick as possible. He doesn't listen, talks to fast, shows no genuine interest in his patients. I've experienced this and been told by many people.
