Dr. Alex Tarnarider

After reading so many bad reviews I still called and Yes person who picked is extremely rude. My question to the doctor: Doctor Tarnarider your front desk staff is face of your office. How come that you don't train your staff in just simple customer service ethics? They don't even know how to talk on the phone. This made me to choose another doctor for the visit and a lot of patients will do the same.

Office is awful. Front desk receptionist rude. Completely agree with previous reviews - Doctor has no manners, rude and very law culture.

If zero stars was an option I would give that. The front desk is terrible. I took my kids there 5 months ago and was asked by the doctor to return with one of them. I called now to make an appointment and they hung up on me four times, yelled rude comments into the phone and said that he has never treated kids. I personally went to him since I was 9. Dr. Tarnarider is one of the rare doctors who are very knowledgable and pleasant. He can diagnosed things other doctors have missed. I can't recommend him enough.

Best doctor I’ve ever been to. Extremely patient and knows exactly what he’s doing. He was able to diagnose me after I went years and years with misdiagnoses. I’m forever grateful, I now know what perfect vision really means.

Customer service tried to get me off the phone before they even picked up. Only stating, "there not here" and when i asked for them to repeat that, they got loud. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! THE FRONT DESK WOMEN ARE RUDE AND HAVE MAJOR ATTITUDES!!!!! SUCKS BECAUSE DR. TARNARIDER IS A GOOD DOCTOR.

I've been Dr. Tarnarider patient for over 25 years with the serius condition called keratoconus. Over the years he has been the only doctor who was able to find a correct recepy for my contact lenses
