The office is amazing, staff from entry to exit were exemplary. Would definitely recommend them. The technology used is state of the art. Best eye exam experience I have ever had.

Paid way more than I should have when I got glasses here, insurance didn't cover much, when they nickle and dime for every lens coating. Do yourself a favor and go to Costco Optical. Dr. also got snippy when I didn't want to pay for contacts and decided I just wanted glasses. Not to mention the frames that I bought broke after 2 years. Cheapest glasses I've ever owned.

I refer everyone to Dr. Gong! She is so kind and works hard to give everyone the best care. Accent Eyecare is the place to go, especially for binocular vision conditions, where the two eyes struggle to work together as a team. I plan on my children and myself going there forever!

I was definitely pleased with the hospitality and service. Highly recommended. If you need a place for eye care this is where you need to be.

This is a very good eye doctor and the practice gave me the best service I have ever had at an eye doctors office.

Every person I encountered during my new patient visit was absolutely wonderful. The front desk attendants, the technician, the Intern, the doctor and the Optician. All treated me with care and respect and we’re attentive to my needs. Very pleased

Dr Gong is excellent and brilliant in her service. She stays up to date with new vision equipment. She has a great vision therapy staff. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. Every visit we have with them is terrific. I highly recommend using this office for all your vision needs

Exams were thorough with excellent tech., terrific intern, Blake, and Dr. Gong was fantastic, genuine, and professional. Honored my insurance with very small deductible. Here is my experience with the business of A.B. Gong, OD. For over 30 years my wife and I have been using the Optical Department at our local Costco for eye exams and purchase of frames and glasses. At the end of December 2021, I tried to schedule and appointment with Costco Optical for an eye exam and found out that it would be WEEKS before an appointment would be available. Knowing that was unsatisfactory, I searched for another optometrist that could book me into an appointment within a more reasonable period of time. To my delight I found A.B. Gong optometrist business within walking distance from my home, and they were able to schedule me for an eye exam the very next business day. The eye exam went perfect in every way. First, the front office staff was so nice and professional and I quickly started the eye exam process with the most modern, technical and sophisticated eye exam equipment that I had ever seen. I was amazed at the technology and professionalism of the staff. As I arrived back home, I described to my wife every detail of my eye exam experience. She had already booked and appointment with Costco Optical for and eye exam and she quickly cancelled that appointment and booked another with A.B. Gong. Then, I took my new eye glass prescription I got at A.B. Gong back to Costco Optical to purchase new lenses for two of my existing frames. When those new glasses came into Costco, I tried them on only to discover my vision was very distorted. Costco checked the prescription of the lenses and told me they were correct. I then took the glasses back to A.B. Gong and had them check the glasses prescription which showed that the lenses had a totally different prescription than what they should have been. Back to Costco Optical and they admitted they (Costco Optical) entered the wrong prescription on the order and offered to have the glasses redone. Time goes on and finally I get the call from Costco Optical that my glasses are ready. Once again, the two sets of glasses do little to improve my vision. Back to A.B. Gong for a second opinion of the Costco glasses. Once again, both sets of glasses have the wrong prescription and even those didn’t even match each other. COSTCO OPTICAL is FIRED! Hello, A.B. From walking in the door to choosing glasses everyone of the staff were professional and courteous and made me feel very comfortable and extremely satisfied with all the tests i recieved it thank you again and I will return it the future

My daughter had problems seeing and reading, and no one could figure out her issue until we saw Dr. Gong. She took time to understand her problem and came up with a solution which included eye therapy. My daughter went from reading 2 grade levels below and struggling in school to a straight A student! It’s always a great atmosphere. They listen to my needs, from the examiners to the dr to the optical team and get me set into the right direction.

Front desk messed up with an appointments and have been charged almost 250 for the appointment that I didn't need it. Was specifically looking into therapy vision exam for my child and got comprehensive exam which is just basic and regular one that I could do anywhere else for cheaper. no returning phone calls and no providing information as to what I have been charged and what are the results. its been more than a week now. Check out BBB before going there as they got 1 STAR. Next time will definitely do that before going anywhere! unsafe! Dr Gong and Accent Eye Care are hands down the best eye doctors in Maricopa County. I happily drive from Scottsdale to Glendale for all my eye appointments. They’re access to the latest diagnostic tools has allowed my extremely complicated eye prescription to be resolved to near 20/20. They diagnosed a macular tear early enough to allow my vision to be saved. They are thoughtful and thorough in evaluating and monitoring the progression of my condition and making sure I have the best possible vision and quality of life. As I get older and deal with conditions that change my vision I am comforted knowing I have a trusted expert to help manage my eye care. 50 years of optometrist visits under my belt. Dr. Gong and her team has raised the bar. This was by far the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever experienced! Thier level of knowledge and care is amazing. Everyone should experience Accent and you'll never trust your eyes with anyone else!

If eye doctors who don't do eye therapy are just patching or are recommending surgery for a a child's eye turning in or out, it could be neuro related and Dr. GONG and her team might be able to fix it with eye therapy - corrective excercises and activities to get the brain using the eye correctly. AMAZING EXPERTISE here! Highly recommend Dr. Gong & her superior staff for vision therapy / discovering and remedying issues. My 6 year old granddaughter was struggling in school and frustrated, and our Functional Medicine practitioner recommended Dr. Gong. The doctor showed us evidence from tests and discovered her eyes are not "teaming" meaning not working together and some other correctible issues. We took her advice on the weekly therapy and are doing homework for the next 8 weeks. Its a process, and I am glad we were patient to wait for an appointment and go through the thorough testing. Dr Gong and her staff are very thorough in examination and also providing in an out overview of where your eyes health stands. I even ordered my glasses here and they accept insurance which is a plus. Highly recommended.
