Trying to get a new doctor here in town, and this office, along with several others never answer the phone!

My dad had a stroke and is recovering. He needs a general doctor to see him and get him an update on his health so that we can apply for the medication he needs and also benefits. He had him apply for new patient and was told to wait 2 days to get back. We waited a whole week and we got no information. So I called and they say his application was denied. They said the doctor denied his application and he doesn't need to give a reason? The nurse was rude as other reviewers said. Laughing as I was asking for status of the application.
