Dr's Paz and Alvarez along with the staff are the best and truly care for their patients. I have been through a lot and they are the very best. I highly recommend this practice

always have a nice experience...I actually think the front desk staff are very sweet despite the negative reviews, and I am SUPER picky about staff. I've seen Dr. Paz and she always has great energy and explains everything so clearly

We came for our appointment at 8:30am and there was no one there to open. Turns out, they took the day off and failed to warn the patients that had appointments today. There was another lady and her mother that were waiting with us because they also had appointments. My husband and I took this day off to come do our physicals since I called months in advance to confirm they would work today. We also drove all the way from Downtown Miami to Hollywood (35 mins drive). This is unacceptable, so disrespectful. Lost a loyal customer, and a new customer (my husband) since I wanted him to change his primary doctor to Dr. Cintia. We’re mindblown with this level of inattention. My family loves Dr. Alvarez but the front desk staff are by far some of the worst and rudest I have ever dealt with and will actually be the reason I am having my family leave this clinic. Having to call multiple times to have medications refilled, going without meds for weeks to months at a time because the front desk staff are either incompetent or perhaps do not care about patient health. When you tell me multiple times you will call my pharmacy i am expecting you to do as you say. Being a medical professional myself I would have been fired long ago for putting my patients health at risk the way these receptionists do. Doctor Cinthia Paz has been my primary doctor for the past 3 years, and every time I go I have a great experience, she ALWAYS takes the time to ask questions , and more important to explain, she never makes me feel that I’m just another patient, I highly recommend her. Dr. Paz is the most attentive doctor I have ever met. She takes her time and answer all your questions and makes you feel at ease. This is the first time in my life that the doctor actually goes through and explain each number on my lab results, instead of just calling to say everything is normal, or like majority of doctors, not even calling unless there is something wrong. She was very nice but she did not help me. I went to her office in regards to skin issues (rash) that I have on my face, however she rushed through the consultation and advised me to go for natural products. She did not even diagnosed my skin condition. It was very disappointing.

I felt disappointed today, I was looking forward to this appointment because the place is close to home and the reviews were good. On June 10 I called at 10:02 to make an appointment for my son and I but the receptionist told me she was going to call me back and she never did. I decided to give them another chance and I called again on June 12 at 1:16 pm. This time I made the appointment for me and my son for June 19 at 8:30 am. I was told to fast so they can do a blood test. Well today We arrived at 8:00 am and to my surprise the person in the front did not found any record of our appointments...nothing. I showed her my call log with both calls and she said that they only have record of the first call and there were no appointment at that moment. Of course not...they did not even return the call. What shocked me was the attitude about the second call...because they did not have a record of it for her it did not happened. I showed her the call log but it did not matter. She was firm in her statement about me not making any appointments and offer to make new appointments. I cannot believed what I was hearing. After impliying that I was lying about the appointments she really expect me to make new appointments? I told her I was not going back to that place and left. I loved and enjoyed my visit back in July with Dr. Paz and everyone at Paz Medical Center. Dr. Paz truly cares and wants to help you get well and on track to be healthy and not dependent on medications. She was very detailed and thorough in her examination and spent a lot of time with me going over every single detail and giving you a solid game plan to follow, etc. Unfortunately, after having an unpleasant experience dealing with the company that handles their medical billing, I made the difficult decision of no longer seeking care here. I hope they find a better company in the near future that can handle their medical billing properly and it would be amazing that they would implement an online portal for their patients as well. Very professional Dr and nice staff, they work fast and efficiently. Wait time was minimal and the office was very clean. Jesmary was 5 ⭐️ and beyond! I highly recommend!

Excellent ,my wife and I chose them as PCPs. . Both Doctors, Alden and Cintia are extremely caring and professionals. The medical assistant at the front desk is so nice and always aware of any concern that patients might have. Waiting time time at the waiting room is 2-3 min. Dr. Paz and her staff are amazing! I'm so glad my husband and I found her. The office is extremely thorough in their work. Dr. Paz is especially caring and looks outside the box in order to help you when you're not feeling well.

Dr Alvarez is a compassionate Doctor. He lets you know he cares about your health. He takes the time to explain what is going on with each visit. Dr Alvarez and his wife Dr Paz opened a family medical office and we are so happy they did.

Great service!!!. This clinic treatment makes you feel as part of its family. Dr Paz really shows care about her patients. I highly recommend to anybody looking for primary care.

Dr Paz and Dr Alvarez are by far the best two doctors in town. They are part of the Memorial Healthcare System. If you are in any of their 5 facilities in our area you get them to personally see you daily during your scary days inside those hospitals walls. All you have to say when you get there is I will like my primary doctor please!!!!! Dr Alvarez comes to the hospital and Dr Paz is his wife at clinic so you know they talk to each other at least once a day at bedtime if not more LOL, which is much more that you can say about doctor to doctor communication these days. They have an intense knowledge of internal medicine but holistic approach without pushing pills down your throat. They are extremely thorough in their assessments and their office staff is friendly and helpful. They want what is best for you and your family and are extremely accommodating to your needs. They will sit with you and go over your results and answer 10000 questions about your care without you feeling like you are pulling their leg to stay inside the room. If you live in the area or not because is worth the drive and need someone to trust with your healthcare needs, these two doctors are it. Plus their clinic is a one stop shop for all issues, blood work, women’s studies, basic health issues. Doesn’t get better than that!!! Dr Paz and Dr Alvarez are by far the best two doctors in town. I only have great things to say about Paz Medical. Very profesional and also very kind and knowledgeable. You know they deeply care about their patients. They make you feel safe and welcomed. I cannot recommend them enough. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself an appointment, as soon as you can, with doctor Alden Alvarez or Cintia Paz, they are BOTH excellent.
