I am responsible for taking an elderly man to his appointments. The office staff is very personable and the doctor treats him with respect and is extremely helpful.

Worst experience unorganized and office is dirty.

Dr Cruz and his Staff are the Very best he listens to my concerns and always reviews my Chart and meds i truely would recomend Dr Cruz

The front office girl doesn’t know what she’s doing they need new staff I do not recommend this place the doctor is rude and has gave false statements he also does not know what he’s doing

Been going here for 2years not and never gonna change...Doctor Cruz is a great doctor he listens to all your concerns and worries, no wait for or problems with requesting a referral you may need...the wait is a little long but what doctors visit isn’t.. But over all he makes me feel like he cares....

People think twice before coming here these people are life are the worst the old lady who is the nurse she had an attitude and she doesn't like to do her job right and when you ask her to do things she gets upset the doctor is weird and when you give them forms that they need to sign and fill out they don't like doing it cuz they're lazy I take my child there and he has a mental disability and this doctor does not know how to deal with kids with this kind of disorder People think twice before coming here these people are life are the worst the old lady who is the nurse she had an attitude and she doesn't like to do her job right and when you ask her to do things she gets upset the doctor is weird and … More

I have been coming to Dr.Cruz for years and there’s no complaint here. The doctor is very nice and tries to help you with whatever problem you may have whether it’s with a prescription or with lab work but he gets it resolved. Maria is a great lady (nurse in charge) she’s always very helpful as well!

Do not go to this office they're not professionals the nurse that runs the office she is by far the rudest most ugliest person the doctor really doesn't care about his patients that much so dont ask him question cuz he does not like to answered question and the older lady which is a Hispanic lady nurse she's rude with Attitude she does not help people she has no kindness or no respect for nobody and she gets mad really easy please advise you to not go to this office
