I went in for a tooth extraction and was so terrified and anxious about it because of a traumatic experience as a child. I was truly impressed with my outcome though and Dr. Parulis made it so easy. The process was very quick and he was very thorough. When I left I was so relieved and I couldn't have asked for an easier recovery either. Dr. Parulis removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and was very thorough in explaining everything. He made sure I was comfortable at each step and personally checked on me twice following the procedure before I left. I developed dry sockets and Dr. Margolis saw me on Christmas Eve. All of the nurses were very helpful and both doctors were extremely professional and went out of their way to make a painful experience better.

Dr.Parulis performed my daughter's oral surgery to remove her wisdom teeth this week and he was absolutely amazing! She dislikes dentist but he made her feel very comfortable. She has had very little pain which is amazing! I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr Parulus has pulled two teeth for me and performed two implants. He has always been caring and kind as well as complementary and considerate to his staff.

His staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Dr. Parulis takes time to explain things and is very good with making his patience feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter recently had to have 8 teeth taken. Four of her wisdom teeth and four bicuspids for braces. The length of time and expertise in this procedure was top notch. Dr. Parulis is the best oral surgeon period. I recently had to have oral surgery. He took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I understood what he was doing. Donna his head nurse was the best ever, she has called to check up on me to make sure I was doing well. His office staff are number one! Thanks to Doctor Parulis I will get my smile back.

This Dr. is not patient oriented! When asked why he did not participate in my ins he said it was a business decision. I waited a month for a consult with him and now 3 weeks later his office informed me I must pay what the ins will not pay up front to hold my apt which is next week! There are other excellent oral surgeons in Roanoke, VA so I don't feel compelled to put money into his coffers just to secure an apt. Wish I had not wasted this time as I must start over with another Dr.

The practice seems very busy, very efficient, and very professional. Parulis listens and makes time to answer my questions satisfactorily. I had a small post-op glitch, and it was made right quickly and appropriately. All the staff seem to truly enjoy working there. My overall experience was top notch.

Between 2007 and 2008 I underwent 2 surgeries performed by Dr. Parulis. He was always kind, caring and genuinely concerned about me during every procedure, appointment and recovery. His staff were kind as well. Prior to Dr. Parulis, I had a lot of unpleasant experiences when it come to anything dental but he was different and I completely trusted him. Dr. Parulis is an excellent oral surgeon. His office is run efficiently, and he has done a wonderful job on my dental implants. I recommend highly.

I have had about 5 procedures done by Dr. Parulis, some at his office and others in the hospital. I always felt welcome and that he had my best interest at heart. After all my experience with him I can't think of one bad thing to say about him and recommend him to absolutely anyone.

I get very nervous whenever I have to go to the dentist. Considering that I was having multiple teeth removed (wisdom teeth and a broken tooth), I was not looking forward to it. The staff as well as Dr. Parulis are professional, efficient and empathetic. They worked like a well-oiled machine. I was amazed at how quickly they took care of me. They provided plenty of after care information as well as contact info in case I encountered any complications after hours. If you have need of an oral surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr. Parulis's office.
