it was a wonderful experience with brilliant doctors. I recommend that the registration forms be filled out online a few days in advance.

I checked in online. Waited no more than 5 minutes for the preliminary eye exam and pupil dilation. Waited another 5 minutes or so for imaging to be done. Saw Dr. Li a short while later. Dr. Li was great, as were both technicians.

Dr. Li is excellent! He found the retinal tear in 10 seconds that 2 other ophthalmologists spent over 90 minutes - 3 appointments , trying to find. He is easy to talk to, very caring and he fixed my tear right away with a laser,- saving my eye sight. His office is very well organized and I highly recommend him .

Extremely professional eye doctor with fantastic bedside manners, that's very important to me when it comes to doctors especially one who's treating my eyes. He's soft spoken but firm. He makes my procedure very comfortable, as I have a stiff left knee which is difficult to bend but he's patient enough to let me be as comfortable as possible because the procedure can be very uncomfortable. He and the staff at that office are one of a kind. I would 100% recommend Dr Albert Li to anyone who asks for a great eye doctor, in fact I've recommended two of my friends to that location.

Took my mom to Dr. Albert Li and he is just always so attentive and kind. He really gives his patients the utmost in care. I go to the same group and wouldn’t hesitate to see dr. Li myself.

I I called on the Friday before Labor Day as an emergency patient because I had a suspected retinal tear. Every retinal facility that I called said they do not take emergency patients but Dr. Li and his staff found time in his schedule to see me. When I saw Dr. Li, he told me that I was smart to have come in for an appointment because I needed to have emergency laser surgery to repair the tear. Even though Dr. Li was very busy, he took the time to answer every question, explain the process to me as well as what I would be experiencing. He showed real kindness to me during the exam as well as the lasar surgery.. It wasnt fake; it was who he is as a person as well as thorough in his treatment to make sure the tear was sealed. As this whole experience was sudden onset, I feel so fortunate to have found these retinal specialists. This Dr provided a low anxiety visit, keeping me informed every step of the way. He listened to my responses never telling me “that can’t be right” as well as vainglorious a deft hand with mty treatment. Pain was as expected and recovery normal. Well done.
