I really love the staff and nurses they are professional and nice. Doctor Allen is a great doctor he really cares and does his very best to help. Great Doctor ????❤️????

I GIVE IT A 1 BECAUSE IT WONT LET YOU GIVE A ZERO No liscened nurses and everyone is very rude and Dr.Wayne does not check you thoroughly He is very unprofessional and the nurses never get your referrals to specialists when THEY SHOULD I have used him. several times due to my insurance putting him as my family Dr until he HE ABOUT KILLED ME. He is not professional neither are the nurses !!???????????? Staff is GREAT! LOVE DR WAYNE.

Had an appointment for a dermatology review at 1:30. Showed up at 1:15 to complete my new patient paperwork. I was not called back for vitals for 45 minutes then I was sent back out to the waiting room for 20 minutes until I was called back. When I asked the front desk how far behind they were she told me Dr Wayne typically goes to lunch until 2, yet I had a 1:30 apt. An hour and ten minutes after my scheduled apt time Dr came in and asked me all of the questions I had already completed on my questionaire. I told him I have a couple things I would like him to look at and he told me to tell him one thing.. so I choose the thing I wanted looked at most, he looked at it and just suggested it be removed because “I was worried about it” but he doesn’t know what it could be... I love the staff, and how professional they are. I have been going here dor years and they have seen me through alot. The only thing that is a downfall, is if I have to wait a long time. I generally try to go on days its not so busy. Also the doctor takes matters seriously, and he treats his patients with care. He is fair also. Some doctors are unfair but he is not. And Ceiarra and Amanda are the best! I love the staff, and how professional they are. I have been going here dor years and they have seen me through alot. I have been going to Dr Wayne's for over 10 yrs and he's a very good Dr with a wonderful bed side manner and his staff was a little rude at one point n time however that was only bc they were working for a Dr who expects top notch performance from each one of his staff members he doesn't settle for a unorganized or unprofessional environment however they were replaced after given ample opportunity to provide a more professional environment as well as a more pleasant environment and the staff that is there now is absolutely wonderful. Very nice employees & Dr Wayne is good.. If he doesn't know for sure he will find out. He will treat you with respect & listen to your needs & what meds you think you need. Only problem I've had is they can be really slow sometimes, & have to wait in the waiting room forever! It gets really full! But once you get called back it's pretty quick to see him.
