Dr. Alan D. Roumm

he allows lots of time for patients, is very thorough.He is a good well-rounded doctor whom I trust with various issues. I was initially sent there for autoimmune screenings and now he cares for my arthritis issues. I hope he doesnt retire anytime soon!

Dr. Roumm came highly recommended to me by my Gastroenterologist. He is a very caring and kind man who is well read and spends the time needed with his patients. Certain members of his front end staff need to be trained much better in how they speak with the doctor's patients. Rudeness, double standards and being condescending does not mix well with me. Also wait times are way too long. Waiting 1 hour and 22 minutes past the time of your scheduled appointment is more than I am willing to tolerate. Dr. Roumm is an Excellent doctor and I have been a patient of his for twenty years. He takes the time to listen and acknowledge my overall health history each time I see him. Karen, one of his staff employees, is always friendly and goes the extra mile to get me in quickly when I have needed to. There have been occasions over the years when the waiting time was extremely long; however, I would just let them know after about a half hour that I would call to reschedule.

Dr Roumm takes his time from top to bottom.We started with my medical history from 2009 to 2018.I never had any other doctor to care this much.He truly cares for his patients,and I can tell you he is in it for that not the money.Will see how my pain improwes,but I'm very grateful that I have found him.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This man was the rudest most arrogant doctor I have ever seen in my life. No understanding or listening skills. Insisted on being right and tearing down how I was feeling. Told me going somewhere else for a secondary opinion would be a waste of my time and of others. I am so disgusted and just want to feel better. Then in the middle of speaking with him, he opened up the door while I was standing in the room still wearing a gown. Terrible doctor.

He takes his time and is kind and explains things. I feel comfortable talking with him and trust his experience

I have been seeing Dr. Roumm for about 10 years. Initially he corrected a misdiagnosis and since then my condition has improved. He is well read and keeps up on all of the current issues regarding arthritis. I recommend him.
