Alan Michael Rice

Dr. Rice did a great job with our 3yo. He was very attentive and friendly. I appreciate his attention to detail and making sure we were all in the same page with our sons plan of care. Also he talked about bodily safety/consent our son before doing an exam! Would definitely recommend.

My son saw Dr. Rice for about 2 years. I wish no starts was an option. By far the worst experience of my life. He gave me a very creepy feeling every time we had to see him. He made us feel unimportant and below him. He did not explain anything to us. He told me my son needed to take thyroid medication and to have labs done. Didn't send in the right lab work. When he finally got the right lab work which took about 3 months because they don't return calls or answer pharmacy fax, labs came back fine and didn't need thyroid meds. On one occasion he answered his phone in the middle of our appointment walked out and didn't come back. Deb had to come and tell us the appointment was over. It took almost 5 months for them to fax paperwork to the pharmacy for a new insulin pen and my son was having to use a broken one that wasn't giving him the right dose. School nurses could not get his staff to return calls or fax vital paperwork back. I would not recommend taking you child or seeing him yourself. Dr. Alan is a creep and his staff can't work their fax machine.

Worst experience ever with a doctor's office!! Horrible wait times... well over 2 hours!!

Staff DO NOT DO THEIR JOB AS FAR AS SENDING IN PERCEPTIONS. TYPE 1 DIABETES IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH. STUFF GET RUDE WHEN THE PARENTS ARE UPSET ABOUT THEIR CHILDREN STUFF THAT WAS EMAILED IN A MONTH PRIOR. STAFF ALSO LIE ABOUT THINGS THAT WAS SAID. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE JUS BECAUSE OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF AS WELL AS JESSICA AND BETHANY. MY CHILD HAS BEEN THERE FOR 4 YEARS AND IVE SEEN I KNOW OF 5 DIFFERENT FACES THAT ASLO COMPLANS ABOUT JESSICA AND FRONT DESK STAFF
