I’m having an implant done but nobody inform me about the charges. I had to call the office at least 6 times and went to the office 3 times just to find out how much my cost would be. Christina is very rude all the time and never return phone calls. This office does not value their patients at all.

Bad service, they never return phone calls. They don’t care about they customers. I started an Invisalign treatment but they never finished the treatment. I would not recommend them to anybody!

When I went for my appointment they removed 1 tooth instead of 2, after cutting my gum they never followed up on me. When I went to have another tooth removed doctor didn’t show up. On top of that they wanted me to pay for another booking. I tried to contact them in regards with my balance and also to express my sentiments , they kept ignoring me. Told me they would call back but upto now they haven’t phoned. All they care about is money and sadly I can’t afford being mistreated, besides I don’t

This office is totally profit driven and doesn't care about patients. and the skills of the doctor is questionable. They did a tooth filling on a molar for me, and during the procedure, they cracked/traumatized the tooth, so I had to do a root canal and a crown, all at my own expenses. caution: when ask for cost estimate before any procedure, don;t trust their estimate because it's always much lower than the actual bill. They charge $35 if you request your own dental history.

Very rude receptionist that you can hardly understand. Then they charge you for services that your insurance will cover. Warning!! Stay away.

Dentist was a NO SHOW! They require 24 hour notice of cancellation, but they did not inform me that the dentist would not be there until after I was seated in the teeth cleaning chair. So, I wasted a half day off of work and received NO DETAL EXAM BY A DENTIST!
