Staff and Dr Pillersdorf very professional and caring

Dr. Pillersdorf and his team not only saved my life, but also went above and beyond any call of duty that any surgeon has ever done. I will never forget the day I was scheduled to have my implants removed and a total reconstruction, something that was not only very costly but it was something that I hide from my friends and family for well over a year as I had sever complications and both deflated but I was to embarrassed not to mention finically tied and didn’t know what to do. I spoke to about 6 different surgeons before I decided on Dr. P and his amazing team. They made this horrible nightmare into the most magical memorable moment of my life I will never forget. It has been about 6 years and I couldn’t be happier, the surgery was scheduled on my birthday (as it was an urgent surgery) and I will never forget waking up to Dr. P, asking how I felt as he leaned in and said “Happy Birthday from us, you have been a warrior”. Come to find out I had a small balance due and the “Happy Birthday” was a give of a life time from an amazing Dr. who changed my life, and also did one of the most amazing unforgettable good deeds I will never forget. I never wrote a review before but felt I had too. While I truly feel Dr Pillowsdorf is an excellent Dr. his office staff is worse than unreliable. I would never use him as I never received return phone calls, always referred to another person person, totally uncaring for the patient. If I had this much trouble trying to get surgery I could only imagine what works happen if I had a problem post surgery. When I cancelled the surgery, the office manager called me as to ask why. When she said her name, I realized she was the one who never returned my calls. The procedure was for a precancerous surgery which I was going to self pay. Stay away from this office!

Horrible doctor. I woke up from surgery all bloody and one breast much larger than the other. Surgery had to be done over a few weeks later. Never turned out the way it was supposed to. He is totally incompetent

This office fully exceeded my expectations. Professionalism from start to finish. State of the art, immaculate surgical center with assistants who went above and beyond in every way. My surgical procedure was minor (cyst removal), but I was made to feel as though I was the most important patient of the day. I actually found myself enjoying the surgery, if that makes any sense. And as an added bonus, the surgery was performed so well that I have no viewable scarring. I highly recommend this office!

I could not see the doctor after 1 hour waiting ! Terrible service

Waited nearly an hour and a half and then left without seeing doctor. Not one employee said a word to me about doctor running late. They were too busy eating pizza.

Buyer beware. Please think about your health and family before going to make a appointment with this practice. It’s unethical and discussiing. The doctors only care about the bottom line and are in clear Violation of the oath they took. The office manager has violated numerous labor laws to the extent she should be arrested I can’t believe this kind of abuse and Blatant disregard for patient care You are better going to a Third World country for the procedure If will be cheaper and you have a better chance of living Buyer beware. Wonderful physician. Very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend. Front and nursing staff are helpful and very well trained.

I had a excellent experience with Dr Pillersdorf. He is extremely skilled and did a wonderful job with removing a melanoma from my face. I am so glad I chose him.

Dr Pillersdorf was challenged with my massive breast reduction! I found him to be very pleasant! The staff was very nice! I highly recommend Dr. P! Plan to have my arms done next!

Dr Pillersdorf did my breast reduction 11/22/17 he did a great job on me although i am only 1 day post op I Love the result already ; The nurses there are very nice, caring , and professional . My only issue was with the front desk people they weren't as nice as Dr P and the nurses. Dr P took the time to talk to my mom while I was in recovery , and my mom wants him to do her tummy tuck. I don't regret that I choose Palm Beach plastic Surgery ( Palm Springs office )for my breast reduction. ✌???? I absolutely love him. He did a fantastic and perfect job on my breast augmentation. He is a perfectionist with his work. He is very funny and makes you feel very comfortable.

Brought my mother here for a basal cell carcinoma removal, he was fine with her, but embarrassed me and my mother, with a rude comment, which I found to be very unprofessional, not to mention the wait times can be 2- 3 hours, staff not very friendly either. They also failed to mention the severe bruising she may have after surgery....there are too many other plastic surgeons available that wont ask you DO YOU EVEN LIKE YOUR MOTHER!!! Dr. P was very easy going and did a great job with my 1 year old. The nurses were amazing and even made me tea for my sore throat when we were done with the procedure! He is a little blunt with his comments so I can see why patients may not feel as comfortable with him, however, for me, I liked the direct nature of his recommendations. Wait time was a little difficult with my 1 year old but that's probably because he doesn't rush his patients either. Dr. P was very easy going and did a great job with my 1 year old. Dr Pillersdorf has proven to me that he has the technical skills, the heart and compassion to be considered amongst the best Plastic Surgeons in Florida. He did an excellent job with my Panniculectomy. While doing this procedure, he found a hernia and fixed that as well. No infection, 35" of incision, and all neat and clean. My outlook is terrific. He was caring and explained everything. I very highly recommend Dr Pillersdorf for ANY Plastic Surgery.

I had breast cancer and had a mastectomy and breast reconstruction from another surgeon and that surgeon really messed me up... Thank god for Dr. Pillerdorf he was able to fix my botched up reconstruction. I so much would like to put the name down of the Dr. that messed me up, but I won't
