Wonderful Dentist and staff feels like family.

I decided to change over to this dentist in October since I transferred my plan on open enrollment to delta dental. I spoke to Nicole from Dr. Pickett office in October and explain to her what was going and give her all my info my ssn# so she can check if the plan was effective before our appt which is normally done before when you seen for the 1st time so on nov 4 they had to cancel our appt to November 20, we went into the office on that day filled out all the necessary forms way before my appt time thinking they will check again to see the coverage was ok before we proceed to to do anything, after consultation and X-rays only for myself and my son I was told we are still under delta care and we have to pay the full price $365. I was so upset if Nicole had check which she had three occasions to do that she would have seen we were still under delta-care which they don’t take. I am on a fixed income, retired and just around the holidays so this was a big set back for me. I was so mad and stressed out knowing this could have been done in Jan when the delta dental coverage would be ok and I wouldn’t have to pay anything. I had my teeth cleaned after a long period without it. Jennifer, the hygienist was very understanding, skilled, patient, and did excellent work. It was very thorough. The staff is very friendly and talented. I am very pleased that Alan Pickett and staff are taking care of my dental needs. They make an superb team with Dr Gainza and staff just next door.
