As much as I like Dr. Parent, the wait is horrendous. It appears that the office staff overbooks. I suppose the thought is my time is not valuable, therefore, let’s make the patients wait. However, we will still bill them the full amount. I understand the new computer system causes a longer wait, however it is 20 minutes into my appointment and I still haven’t been asked for my insurance information. I was told the vision field test was for 9:00 AM. Right!!

All I can say is wow it's amazing to be able to see again both at a distance and reading without glasses. I had an appointment with Dr Parent due to the fact that I had some floaters and also I was having trouble seeing at night. Through examination he found that I had cataracts that were causing me to have trouble driving at night and reading even with my glasses or contacts. I was totally surprised being that I'm only 57 years old that I would already have cataracts but Dr Parent assured me that this was normal. We discussed the options and I chose to have while he was performing the cataract surgery a distance lens placed in my right eye and 2 weeks later a reading lens was placed in my left eye could not possibly be happier. For the first time in a very long time, I have no problems driving at night and it's absolutely wonderful to be able to pick up a menu , newspaper or a book and be able to read clearly without nose hangers lol! I can not thank Dr Parent and his staff enough they're absolutely wonderful ! One year follow up ???? could not be happier ! No issues, it is so great to be able to see all the time. Awesome experience with Dr Parent and the staff, had cataracts in both eyes, restored my vision to 20/20 with two painless procedures. Highly recommend them!!!

Professional and takes the the time to answer your questions. He and his staff are very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Parent has been extremely helpful and "patient" throughout the time I have been under his care. I find him to be very knowledgeable, and would absolutely refer associates to him. Office staff have always been very friendly and accommodating, a very pleasant office atmosphere.

Best doctor. Caring and compassionate. Is awesome doctor.

Dr Parent did an excellent job with my cataracts. I highly recommend him. It is a well run office.
