Excellent services. The STAFF...5STAR Crew, from the young lady who checked us in, the lady who took my sons x-rays. The dentist, the dental assistant, the duo who cleaned my son's teeth (my son was very nervous about my vibrating cleaning machine)...all chef's kiss. Paperwork, referrals, prescription, (pharmacy two doors down) all handled well. Don't let the outside or the outdated inside of the establishment beguil you. They move as an all-star team inside! 3/9/2023

Caring and friendly staff. Accommodating and very professional. Put my child at ease since first appointment at that office. Protocols are being followed so you feel safe.

This place is never a disappointment always welcoming and Friendly. They make the kids feel great and at ease and they try their best to cater to their fears even gives them little toys when they're done. I honestly wish they had Dental Care here for an adult's not just because of the gifts but because of the great hospitality

My son LOVES this place! I know love is a strong word, especially for a dentist, but he used to hate going to the dentist, like actual crying before leaving the house hate. It terrified him. Our first time here was like 4/5 years ago, again with crying, but those tears quickly stopped. Obviously you start at the front desk and they were/are so nice and helpful and instantly put a smile on your face. The x-ray technician was telling him jokes to calm him down and was so patient with him, now he breezes through it. Then we see the dentist, who checks his teeth and explains the x-ray and answers any and all questions. (He's seen different dentists and they're all fantastic.) And finally he gets his teeth cleaned along with a spit cup w a napkin, stickers and a new toothbrush. The process has been the same every 6 months since then. Even through covid, they have less patients at a time (it was always packed inside cause they're that good), but their fantastic service and attitude have not changed and my son is no longer terrified of the dentist. We're so happy we found them! No more fear of the dentist. My son LOVES this place! I took my daughter to this dentist office yesterday and had a very good experience this was not her first time at the office she has been going there since she was 2 years old and she is now 4. Due to covid -19 the office is taking extra precautionary measures to ensure all appointments are safety conducted and heavily sanitizing areas. I was in and out of the dentist office in less than 40 mins which is a big plus for me as i absolutely hate waiting. Staff was very friendly and the dentist who did my daughters cleaning was amazing. Great team! I travel far to go there because kids are afraid on the dentist and doctors but this place makes them laugh and they take their time making sure my kids are comfortable first before doing the check up and cleaning on them.

The staff is polite and respectful. Dr. Maskell is awesome but appointments are overbooked. Both of my girls had appointments for 1pm. Another parent walks in and told the staff she also had an appointment at 1pm. This explains why if you have a 1pm appointment, your child will not have xrays until 2pm and then sent back out to the standing room only waiting room. This is the only dentist my girls know but it is time to move on as my said time is too valuable to waste hours on end in a waiting room. The staff is polite and respectful.
