THE WORST PEDIATRIC URGENT CARE PHYSICIAN EVER MY GRANDSON VISITED DUE TO A LACERATED LIP DR LEVINE ATTEMPTED TO TOUCH HIS LIP OPEN WOUND WITHOUT GLOVES TWICE UNTIL HE WAS ABRUPTLY STOPPED BY MY DAUGHTER HE WAS EXCESSIVELY ROUGH WITH MY FIVE YEAR OLD GRANDSON AND HAS POOR BED SIDE MANORS. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND HOW DARE YOU PUT MY FAMILY AT RISK BECAUSE YOU LACK HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND SOME HOW THOUGH IT WAS OK TO TALK CONDESCENDING TO MY DAUGHTER AND THINK YOU ARE RIGHT TO NOT TAKE PRECAUTIONS WHILE EXAMINING ALL PATIENTS. HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO NOT BE IN OR AROUND PATIENT CARE BECAUSE I CAN SEE HIM CARELESSLY CAUSING AN NOSOCOMIAL OUTBREAK???? REMOVE HIM!!!! I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH AOD. Rudest doctor very conceited, told me to not play “doctor google” because I told him what I think may be wrong with me (turns out what I thought was wrong was) and I just felt he was really condescending overall.

This is the worst pediatrician I have ever met. He was rude and disrespectful. I left the room because the last thing you want to deal with when you have a sick baby is these kinds of treatment. If you are going to visit 2300 westchester ave make sure he is not there. He insinuated why I was there instead of his regular doctor at 9pm at night. Is it fun to deal with the copayment of an urgent care instead of a regular office? He is an animal. This is the worst pediatrician I have ever met. He was rude and disrespectful. This is the most self centered, arrogant and condescending so called doctor. His generalized concept of what "all Bronx Patients are" is insulting and downright unacceptable! I don't know what kind of people this prejudiced doctor has dealt with, but he just insulted my child asking her what was she now complaining about. And how all Bronx people rather go to emergency & urgent care than to a regular doctor. He talked and talked without stopping. Was condescending and kept making unnecessary remarks and generalized opinions based on what or whom? I do not know but I will not stand for this. I have raised my children to be respectful and just ignore unworthy, bigots like this man who dared tell me that he knew better than me because he has been on the field for 35 years. He may have a medical degree but he lack basic skill and bedside manner. I am a professional as well and I don't place myself above others to justify some incorrect diagnosis because he obviously has never treated a teenager who carries herself with class & respect. I am so upset! Avoid that so called doctor if you don't want him to insult and demean you right to your face. The board at Montefiore for patients rights will be notified. I so him yesterday the first impression look hard but later is great, nice and more important explain you what you need with you kid. Thanks Doctor for you patient
