Thorough and efficient. Spends quality time with patient to discuss issues and evaluate current condition, and really listens to the patient.

We love Dr Kramer. After years of ER trips and being misdiagnosed, we found a dr that knew what was going on. First trip, blood test. Second trip he told us that my husband has Ankylosing Spondylitis. We recommend him to everyone we know.

Horrible bedside manner and office staff.

Horrible beside manner and lacked empathy for the disease state. He's inconvenienced by questions and then directs you to Google it. Seriously, the WORST provider I have experienced. He's jaded by his profession and should retire his misery.

Dr Kramer was the only rheumatologist that actually took the time to find out what’s wrong with me. I was brushed off by two others.

Absolutely recommend him! I saw him for two years for my autoimmune and he was one of the few who took me seriously and cared for me even though I am only in my 20s. He listened to my concerns and was caring each visit.

Love Dr. Kramer and the staff that I interacted with on my visits, but was treated rudely by the office manager today. I rearranged my whole day to make this appointment that they had rescheduled. They made a mistake on the type of appointment when they rescheduled me, and called me 10 minutes before my appointment (when I was halfway there) to tell me that they couldn't see me because I was going to be a new patient for Dr. Brown (not the existing patient THEY scheduled me as). When I asked if I could speak to anyone else, she took it as an affront and got short with me, treating me like a difficult patient. While I understand new patient appointments are scheduled for longer blocks, this was their error to fix, and I only needed a quick visit to get refills for a maintenance med. All she offered was to reschedule me AGAIN for another day. Yes, I rescheduled this appointment the first time months ago, but they rescheduled me 2 more times before today and were indifferent/rude about it

Dr Kramer has been the only rheumatologist in Georgia who took the time to listen to my wife's symptoms and was able to diagnose her illness. He has treated her for the past couple years and continues to add to her quality of life.

I only put a 1 because I had to mark something. While his diagnosis was accurate even though he did not follow protocol completely for concluding that I had RA. But he was unkind, lacked any evidence of compassion and I quickly decided that if I was going to spend the last half of my life battling this disorder I was going to do it with a doctor who had compassion for the life of a patient with these types of disorder. Dr. Kramer is a wonderful doctor, and has been my doctor since the beginning of my RA journey 5 years ago. He has always listened to my questions and concerns, and taken the time to answer them. He also remembers things that I've told him about my family and our adventures, and asks about them. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kramer discovered my Lupus. He has treated me for several years. Can’t say enough great things about him and his staff.

Initial visit was very rough but I was in a LOT of pain. His bedside manner could be a bit nicer BUT I will have to say that he does know what he's talking about and did get me back to as normal as possible. He kept a close watch on me as we tried various meds to see which worked the best and worked with my insurance and the pharma to ensure that I was able to get the medicine that worked for me (and was not approved by my insurance). The staff is super nice and I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I've been seeing him now for 3 years and trust him with my care.

I give him less than 1~ like negative 100! He was the rudest Dr I have ever visited He told me my pain was due to my weight & to lose weight. When I was 115 pounds I still had as much pain! He is a jerk!

I have received great service from Dr. Kramer. He a little dry, but very thorough. He always takes the time to answer my questions. When I give a little push back and need more information he takes the time to listen. I had an allergic reaction to a medication and he was quick to get me in the office and to change the medication.

Unfortunately i had to move and in the middle of it all they denied prescription because i couldn't make it 4 hours away to my appointment. like arthritis just goes away... if you want my advice keep looking, no empathy shown here whatsoever

Uncaring, mis-diagnosed, did not return phone-calls, not thorough, would never recommend

I have seen Dr Kramer twice. First time for bloodworm & images & second time to talk about the results. In between, I had a flare/crisis that affected every joint in my body for 2 weeks. Every single joint. Lungs, jaws, everything. I never finished describing it to him as he literally laughed at me & told me I wasn't in that much pain. This guy is devoid of heart, soul, compassion & does not care about you or what you're going through.

Dr Kramer accurately diagnosed my vasculitis when other doctors were stumped. He worked to get it quickly under control and then has tapered my meds to keep me on the lowest dose possible while still controlling my symptoms. Dr. Kramer is old school. He takes time to answer all of my questions and even inquires about my running activities. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Kramer.

Like other patients have said he has a horrible bedside manner and didn't even pretend to care about my pain or illnesses. Disinterested, bored and no compassion. I think he should have retired a decade ago.

I've been seeing Dr Kramer for a little over a year, and with his help the results have been practically miraculous. Dr Kramer is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to share his wisdom and ideas. The office is run very professionally, My last appointment was at 1:45. I showed up at 1:30, I was in the exam room at 1:40 and Dr Kramer saw me at 1:45. No other doctor I've ever been to is that prompt. Lab results for bloodwork are online within 2 days. Everything about my visit was amazing.

Dr Kramer was truly a life savior for me. I had been seeing another Rheumatologist for aver 4 years and I kept telling her I didn't feel any better. I asked to change my biological but was told no. Just give it time. WAY TOO many steroids, weight gain and scared of having AVN in my left hip causes my PCP to say he wanted me to get a second opinion. 2 weeks later I saw Kr. Kramer. One the first things he said was, I do not prescribe narcotics, if we find the right combination of meds you shouldn't need then. THAT MADE ME HAPPY!!!! I changed my Biological to Xeljanz, assured me that if my insurance balked at it, he would make sure I still received it. Also told me it may take up to 12 weeks to see if that was the one for me. I FINALLY Felt GREAT after just 2 .5 weeks. HE LISTENED TO ME!!!! As a SmartMan always says...... if you listen to a patient carefully they will tell you what is wrong. Horrible! The first time I went to him, I was unimpressed. He was dismissive and uninterested. However, there aren't many Rheumatologists in my area, so I went back. The second time was a nightmare. He was obviously sick, so I tried to be tolerant, but he crossed the line! He told me that I needed to change my perspective on my diagnosis because "at least it's not cancer", then grabbed my love handles and told me my back hurt because I carry all my weight there (I weigh 130lbs).

STAY AWAY! My mother saw Dr Kramer for 5 years. He has a poor bedside manner and gave her a diagnosis of systemic Lupus, which later proved to be incorrect. We went to another rheumatologist for a 2nd opinion, and as a result he refused to see or help my mother ever again. Even when she was hospitalized and the attending physician wanted to discuss her clinical history, Dr Kramer refused to take that doctor's call. I couldn't believe that someone could be so petty and cruel.
