Alan Scott Harad

I had several follow up appointments with Dr. Harad after receiving emergency hernia surgery last August. I immediately had symptoms that the hernia had returned. He told me during several appointments that it was scar tissue. I finally convinced him that I had a recurring hernia, and he preformed surgery in November. Almost immediately following that surgery, I had symptoms of it once again recurring. He told me that it was highly unlikely and that I was paranoid. I continued to have issues and saw a specialist at Barnes Jewish. This physician had extensive testing ordered for me, and did another surgery (this time robotic) last month. I am finally healthy with no issues. I would not recommend Dr. Harad. Although he appears to be a decent general surgeon, he did not listen to me regarding my issues.
