I saw Dr. Dejarnett after 15+ years of suffering with nasal congest, runny nose, and chronic sneezing. I'd worked with two allergist over the years in NY & KY with NO relief. Dr. Dejarnett diagnosed my problem and relieved my symptoms permanently. I can't say enough positive about him.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Dejarnette is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding allergies and asthma!!

Dr. DeJarnatt is wonderful but the front desk women are awful. My son was a regular patient there for several years. He had a long standing appointment (while I was taking chemo and radiation) that my brother took him to for me. They refused to see him because it wasn’t me nor his father that brought him. Dr. De Jarnett is outstanding. Probably the nicest,most knowledgeable,courteous doctor I have ever visited. Helpful and interested in what you have to say. I recommend him to anyone.

Would highly recommend Dr. DeJarnatt. Very professional and listens to you and bedside manners was wonderful. 1st time ever needing a allergy doctor and this is the place to go. Staff at front desk was very kind and courteous and his nurses were top notch.

I have been going this Dr for 10 years.. called to make appointment and ran headlong into the authoritarian FRONT DESK.. they refused to recognize me as anything other than a NEW PATIENT. would not schedule an appointment for over 2 months... AND THEN DEMANDED ALL MY insurance information RIGHT NOW.. or else.. so... THE DOCTOR IS GREAT..saved my life. But.. the receptionist and the Nurse are too bent on their POWER over me.. I am finding a new allergist.

Worst office staff I have ever dealt with. THey called me and changed my son's appointment 3 times. When I called and had to reschedule the appointment due to my son going out of town it seemed like there was no problem - they gave me a new appointment only to call back 15 minutes later to tell me that because my son was a new patient he could not have that appointment. MY SON IS NOT A NEW PATIENT!!! The woman was rude, would not listen to me, spoke over me repeatedly and then was like well you can go somewhere else. So I agreed and told her to cancel the appointment - I will find another doctor somewhere because I REFUSE TO PATRONIZE A BUSINESS SO RUDE TO ITS CUSTOMERS! Worst office staff I have ever dealt with. Wonderful doctor! Will spend as much time with you as needed. The wait did not take long and he is VERY thorough! Will definitely recommend and be going back

They don't communicate well and they don't listen . The dr is great, but the ppl that work at the desk are not good that their job.
