Today's visit was great but this review is not so much about today. For 15+ years, I have been treated by Dr. Deddens. He is knowledgeable and at the same time kind and straight-forward. Before being treated by him, I would be in a business meeting and sneeze 10-15 times, blowing my nose to the extreme point of embarrassment. Once screened and diagnosed, a serum was created and I began treatment. It was just a short time later and what a difference it makes. It's life-changing. Some can go for 2 years and be fine. Some, it takes 5 years. I am the kind that needs it for the rest of my life but I will do it because the proof is in the results. I am so glad I went to Dr. Deddens when I did. He's the best!

Went there for stopped ear. Paid $150 up front. The dr. Started cleaning out ear that i could hear out of, he fussed at me, stopped, went to plugged ear, cleaned it, told me to come back to redo other ear, im thinking wth? Decided not go back as he so rude. Went to my regular doctor, determine i had an infection. Treated me now im fine. Then they send me an outrageous bill/charge, said i owed $75 more. Nahhhhh. Bad enough i charged for office visit, and the procedure. Dont go to this guy!!!! Went there for stopped ear. Paid $150 up front. The dr. Dr. Deddens is a very knowledgeable an dedicated man. He takes the time to listen and treats his patients with the upmost respect. Seen him when i was little and now my daughter sees him too!

Dr Deddens is the best! I’ve been a patient of his for 20 plus years. I like the way he explains procedures to you and what he’s doing and why he’s doing that particular procedure. You can tell he enjoys his work and cares for his patients. There is never a long wait. He is willing to do all he can to help you. Also, if your having an issue and need to be seen sooner, you don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. His staff is also very nice and helpful.

Dr Deddens is the best ENT dr. All of my immediate family use his services and even my extended family, too. There are never long wait times to book an appointment or at your appointment. He is very caring and I’ve found over the years that when I follow his advice and instructions that my sinus issues greatly improve.

Dr Deddens is great! I have issues with my ears frequently and I know that after I see him that I will start feeling better! Myself and my family have been his patients for 20 or more years. Another thing that I really like about him is that he always calls and check ups on his patients after they’ve had a surgical procedure done. He actually calls his self!

Dr. Deddens is highly professional, very knowledgeable about ear, nose and throat conditions and always shows interest in my well being. I have tremendous confidence in his ability to treat me, having experienced a variety of ENT problems over the course of many years of being his patient. I highly recommend him if you are struggling with ENT problems and need a competent doctor who can be trusted to help you get relief.

Dr. Deddens has helped me significantly with my ears, He and his entire staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Wait time is all but non existent. I have nothing but the highest regards for them and recommend them highly.

Dr. Deddens is truly an excellent doctor. Recently, I had an episode of abrupt loss of hearing in one ear. As a physician myself, I wanted the best ENT specialist around. Dr. Deddens responded quickly, made the right diagnosis, and started treatment immediately, which likely saved my hearing. I am very grateful for his help. Dr. Deddens is a doctor’s doctor, where doctors go when they want the best care available.

Rude and worst bedside manner. I will not recommend this doctor to no one. I had been seeing him since I was 10 and he never wanted to fix the problem...

Dr. Deddens saw me in the ER on Thanksgiving day and provided me with excellent care and attention. I hated to bother anyone on a holiday, but I was treated with utmost respect and taken care of quickly. He even called me later that evening to see how I was feeling and doing after the emergency surgery. How many doctors take time on a holiday to do this? That is amazing service and care!! I cannot thank him and the IMH staff enough for the awesome care I received. I then followed up a few days

very thorough and great doctor! office staff is also friendly, and the wait time to see Dr Deddens is very short, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Dr Deddens for an ENT physcian.

my mother has been exposed to asbestos and when she went to see him and told him about having trouble swallowing he dismissed it as "probably just acid reflux" without any further examination. he has an overall rude disposition, it's a shame dr. prendergrasts' practice was taken over by someone like this.

He and his nurse were both rude to us while doing a basic ear check on my two year old son. On top of that, he recommended putting my son to sleep to simply clean out his ears. Overall he has no patience for kids, and I would recommend anyone else over him.

Was very nice and gentle did not hurt me at all . very thorough and helpful. Had scope ran through nose no pain at all.

my daughter had her tonsils and adenoid removed by Dr Deddens. He and his staff are great and took excellent care of her! I would highly recommend him.

Poor listener. Does not seem to like being asked questions. Did not know where my thyroid was located telling me what I felt was not in my thyroid. Sent to an ENT for a nodule I felt in my neck. Was told I have acid reflux. The only helpful thing he did for that was send me for a routine thyroid ultrasound which revealed a nodule right where I said it was. When asked for specifics of test he gave vague & incomplete information.
