Alaaddin Hasan Kandeel

I traveled from 2 hrs away to see Dr Kandeel, and was not disappointed. He asked alot of good questions, was patient in letting me find my information, and followed up well. He ran alot of great tests for me, and I'm so grateful, I didn't listen to the few negative reviews that worried me. He's a great doctor!!

The admitting staff/nurses were kind enough, however, the doctor himself was quite abrupt, did not seem to listen, and was lacking in bedside manners. I was tested for allergies that I know I already have from previous exams (and life experiences) that came back negative and they gave me some excuse. The nurse who tested me did not smile the whole time she was in with me. I don't know if it was a busy day or what, but everyone seemed unhappy to be there. I would not recommend going here for allergy testing or treatment.

Incredible doctor. I highly recommend him if you have a complicated health issue. I drove for hours to go to my appointment and I would drive hours more if needed, as he was that helpful. His approach to medicine is what we need in this world - someone who tries to find and help you treat the root cause. I'm so glad I went to my appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and experienced. 100% recommend him.

NOt impressed at all. I will not be back or continue allergy care with this doctor. My daughter saw this provider as well asnd we had the same experiance. He said I was allergic to non swelling marks on may arm and I am not. He was not a good listner nor explained things to my understanding. The nurse told me that their poke test (skin) had not been aquerate because they had not kept it at the correct temp. Mine did not have barely a reaction which the histamine should everytime. I feel that my old retired allergy doctor was so much more freindly and understandable and did not come to conclusions that are life changing that may not be the total truth.

When booking my appointment I said I was having ear and sinus issues. I was examined and told one of my ears was blocked and I would need to unblock it myself or go to my primary care to get it done! I found this surprising and subsequently I have learned I have an ear infection which I need antibiotics to clear, not sure why nurse could not clean my ear? I was then given allergy test and spray for allergies. Staff were great but my initial issue was not resolved.

Dr. Kandeel is amazing! He is super intelligent, kind, and a good listener. He is knowledgeable about Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. It is rare to find a doctor who is educated in this and able to treat. I am so thankful that I found him and have recommended him to many people. His nurse was wonderful as well!

Extremely kind, compassionate, professional and thorough. Very good listener and gave my thoughts validation when explaining my symptoms. I chose Dr. Kadeel at random when looking for an Allergist, and my decision to see him proved beneficial. He was patient with me and he spent quality time discussing my issues and deriving a plan of action with specific instructions.
